I purchased the game via Steam. Unfortunately there are no details in the "fatal error" message. Not sure if this has been covered. I've been playing fine today, but tonight the game kept crashing to desktop upon autosave, normal saving and trying to load a save. I can start a new game but when I try to save it crashes again. I'm playing through Microsoft store with gamepass. UPDATE #1: I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game. This seems to have fixed the issue for now and my save files were kept. I'll update further if it happens again.

So i've returned to edgewater in order to complete nyoka's quest. the problem is every time i try to leave the ship on edgewater it crashes to desktop. DxDiag.txt

Good afternoon, I am part of the PC game pass for Windows 10. I attempted to download The Outer Worlds and I receive a pending notification and nothing happens. A spiral seems to indicate it might download; but it doesn't. I have waited several hours with "pending" on my screen. Please help! Thanks so much for your time and effort.

Alright, so on the first day this game released, I got crashed and froze a few times. I waited 24H thinking, maybe they will fix this later, but NO. It got worse. So today I play only 10-15 minutes before I got BSOD IRQL_not_less_or_equal. And it happened a few times. I tried to play other games, and worked FINE!
