I have no problem with having religions people in office if they can keep most of their beliefs out of the office and there choices they make in office. Lets say your in race who are you going to talk to? For me I talk to the people most likly to vote. I would try fixed as much as I can for the people most likly to vote the way they wanted. Students also lack the funds which is a big factor. I admit some students arguements are flawed because they never stepped into the real world. However arguements that can get or loss voter and/or money is what focus on.

We already have people that suppose to be well informed and thats congress. We vote for them then they vote in the house for suposely whats best for the people. We also have the elector collage for the president race which was designed to have a small group of people who vote for the president. I don't see the law being fair when it comes down to how talented the lawyers are. Another flaw or advantage with limiting voting rights to less people is a smaller group to please. How would you select these groups? I don't think the U.S. goverment was designed with the people in mind but more to keep the weathy people in control. White, male and land owner where the only people allowed to vote for a long time. Other groups where added only when it was gave whoever incharge the advantage in the election. The reason that students are ignore its not because their argument is weak its because most don't vote. Your only going to give lip service and try to please the people who will vote or give you money. Unions, elders and rich people. Since the person who spends the most money wins it very important to keep the rich happy.

I don't think people take democracy for granted I think people have just lost hope and/or misguided. I don't think the presidential election is the most important. He can't represent everybody and the chances of you actually talking to him about your problems is slime. However your state and local repersentives will more likely listen to your concerns and be able to address them. I think we also except that politicians will only say what will get them the most votes and only few things are different between the two big parties. I also think its hard for people who need to win to progress their careers to take chances and do the right things. However they have to make the people they hope will donate to them also happy. It would be very hard to be objective as politicians. People know this and have very little power to change the system. Whats really sad is we have the same problem we had 20 years ago. To many people without heathcare. Too many people living on the street. The education system keeps falling behind the rest of the world. The budget never get balanced.

I don't believe in true Democracy which involves everybody would vote for everything in the goverment and to many people are misinformed or uninformed. Representative democracy I think works better however must people elected only repersent the people that voted for them. I think its really sad that republican congress spend more time debating if two male or females unions should have the same rights as male and female union then debating going to war. Instead of finding places where the budget can be cut they worry about a single woman that could or could not be alive. I can't believe how much time they are spending on steroids in sports. Lets face the fans don't mind if they are buying the tickets. If you want to use drugs to make you better but risk shorting your life then thats your choice. If kids are using drugs its the parents to control their kids. I think the war a drugs is a waste of money. Look how cheap drugs have become its really sad. Before the idea of dark matter some scientist thought that mass in the universe was to small to cause the gravity pull strong enough to pull more matter in. But mixed with dark matter it might increased the mass making able to make stars. I don't remember all the details because its what one of my old professors was working on.

we have really good ideas about what happen in the universe after 5 minutes of the big bang. Critical mass make sense to me I've seen it happen to my book bags. If you approch a black hole you would be stretch thin. Its called the spaghetti effect. The gravity is so strong that even inch can effect the pull on a object. Let say your traveling between two. If you leave point A and could see a clock face at the speed of light it would appear to stand still. However if you are traveling faster then the speed of light you would be getting ahead of the light reflected of the clock face so it would appear to go backwards. If your clock B some thing would be happening you would be ahead of the light before it reaches the clock face making it appear moving slower or forzen?

Speaking about Afghanistan. How come women are being pushed back into there houses and repressed again by their goverment? How come the warlords still control most of the country? How come we dropped the aid we promised for that country? I do not believe in nation building like the libreals that support the iraq war. If Iraq had WMD or Saddam gave them away how none has been used yet. Maybe Iraqies in charged of destroying the WMD had bad paperwork to account for them. We all know the U.S. military paperwork is always correct. If Bush and congress really believed Iraq was a threat to the U.S. and had WMD that could reach us then yes lets go to war. Its always good idea to attack a country that can kill millions of our people with their WMD at moment notice. I'm so glad that once we knew where the WMD where we placed satellites over those area to make sure nothing was moved out until we could take control. I glad we had 100 million plus save to train iraq soldiers since 1998 and only spent a couple million. That shows me how many Iraqies wanted the freedom we're willing to die for over there. And we gave those soldiers the spotlight so it would more like Iraqies freeing themselves then the U.S. and the coalition. I like we have a coalition with countries that are just as surpessive as Saddam. I think its it great that we don't believe in torturing POW but sending them to countries that can. Wait I forget there no POW from Iraq or Afghanistan so we can detain them for life without trail. I like the fact that so many young people who support the war has made record recruiting numbers fopr the Army and marines(missing their goals by larger and larger numbers every month).
