  1. Strength adds to Attack Bonus and damage, but dexterity with finesse feat only adds to Attack Bonus. So yes, strength is the only way.
  2. I personally like to play with a high defence and CON character (sentinel/watchman), where CON is for the implants. I start with everything at 14 (except CHA, which I leave at 10 and INT at 12) When leveling up I get my CON up to 18 and then starting from lvl 20 I put all the remaining points to DEX. From LS mastery you can get additional +6 points to CON, which will leave you swimming in HP the higher your character level gets. Use items that raise your DEX or WIS and upgrade your crystal. Use 2 lightsabers and make sure they both have fencing emitters in them. That way you get more defence than with 1 lightsaber and the dueling feat. That way I always finish with a lvl 30 character who has ~55 defence (without buffing powers) and a load of hitpoints. So that makes you hard to hit and also take a lot of punishment!
  3. Hello. I have played K2 through quite a many times, but not once have I set Revan DS at the beginning. But I still kinda want to see that holocron what DS Bastila left in the academy and I don't fancy playing through the game again JUST for that. Maybe someone who has a savegame in the korriban academy could make a video of it for me? Or is it too much too ask? Thanks in advance.
  4. from somewhere I read that Mira is supposed to be a scout...
  5. My big hope is, that the Sentinel and especially Watchman will be a little more useful in KotOR:TSL. In KotOR1 I always preferred Sentinel over Guardian and Consular, because I didn't want to use the force well and be a really weak bastard, who would be struck down by Malak with two hits - and vice versa. I wanted to be something equal. But horribly I found, that the Sentinel fights as well as a consular and uses force as well as a guardian. The Sentinel should have it's own strenghts, i.e. he had immunity to fear and stun, but i'd say, give him a total immunity (like Force Immunity, but always active). And because of the equality of the class, it should still have a little piece of Consular and a piece of Guardian. i.e the consular had three levels of Force Focus, the third level (master force focus) gave the consular +4 DC to force powers. I would recommend, that the sentinel should have at least the first level of force focus, what would give him +1 DC to force powers. And also they should include a slightly bigger attack bonus, than the consular has, to bring the sentinel a little closer to a Guardian. And of course, they could always punch in some more free feats..
  6. interesting indeed... but that would require many-many different animations, otherwise it would get boring in a little time...
  7. of course i would take storyline/characters - that's the most important thing for me, the next choice would be detailed combat system...
  8. I hope that Revan being in KotOR2 is some kind of crap, what isn't true. I mean, in kotor1, Revan was you, and you shaped him by your will - the portrait, the force alignment etc. But if he is in kotor2, he would be someone else - for example, the developers need to choose only one portrait for him, what certainly wouldn't be every player's favourite choice in kotor1. Also he would need voice acting, what he didn't have in kotor1... and so on. They would ruin every player's imagination of their Revan in Kotor1 so, this can't be right...
