Away from home, so I only have my cell and old laptop for gaming. But playing a rather epic game in Civ3, when I get the occasional evening without my sisters kids stealing my attention.

Still on the west coast and went exploring today, there are still old bunkers around from WW2 strewn around (they are also in Copenhagen of course, but here you can go down and into them).. And my niece decided I would look lovely with earrings..

Double Rainbow all the way... I'm at the beach chillin - here are some pictures of me doing that.. are you guys hollidaying too? Obligatory Dannebrog. Danes don't think of themselves as particularly Patriotic, yet almost all the beach houses flag. People were using the upward winds at the Dunes to glide along the beach. It looked pretty cool. My niece took this picture, I was worried she would drop my phone in the sand heh. The beach.. Still a little cold, but It's warm enough to swim for a while and sunbathe.

I usually prepare food to eat for when I get home - with plenty of salt and proteins. Something like grilled vegetables and ground-beef with humus or sometimes Tzatziki as sauce (I need it sogging when I'm drunk). Today.. Currently in a town called White Sands (Hvidesande), in my parents beach house with the family. So the day for me is gonna consists of sun bathing, swimming, mom's killer cooking and just doing as little as possible. It's picture perfect here, gonna try to upload some to the community thread.

A lot of people have no experience with these things.. I think it's wiser to err on the side of caution with things you know are dangerous.

Indeed you did and you were very right.. Also today I drove to the west coast and have been chillin in my parents beach house.. I'll upload some pictures tomorrow, it's beautiful here.

There are some pretty good companion mods I'm told. The other way around for once.. Now I know how women in the city feels. Edit: although, to be honest I slacked a little with my standards here, I kinda got steamrolled.. lol Also, today I learned Walsh was very bored around 2pm, judging by the 16+ post he made in less than 15min.

Man the culture of rural Denmark has become a mystery to me (born and raised originally), Guess I've lived in the city for too long. Farmer culture is entirely too quiet for me, although they party wild and hard. I'll give 'em that - and flirting ... ain't subtle!

So I'm back in jutland to visit family.. So here's some Danish countryside for you to enjoy (the view from my parents house).

Kids master algebra in 40ish minutes through game based learning

This is exactly why I'm going to try and develop educational games... I believe we've only seen a fraction of the potential for what we can cram into a kids head this way. -
It definitely looked like was build at the turn of the century (the stairs were old and worn, but kept).. I'm sure British universities were the inspiration too.

Haha, love the details on the old lady..

Man I wish I was at Roskilde.. It looks awesome this year. A few days ago a Norwegian couple got married on the Orange Stage. Me.. I'm chilling in CPH - a friend of mine had to defend her thesis today at the Veterinarian School, I'd never been there, but I really loved the old building and the auditorium.

haha yeah exactly, I was literally yelling "THE GAS IS FLAMMABLE!! DON'T WASTE TIME KICKING.... Oh for christ sake.."

Ham... overload... Can't... oh, nice! and apperantly lime breaks dogs..

Vanishing on 7th street - it was actually a cool enough idea, I got a little creeped out at the slenderman'ish shadows.. Too bad the acting and handling of the story was soooo bad. It kinda felt like the screenwriters intelligent friend gave him a few pointers and then left him to fill the blanks.. with poo..

It's basically a guy travelling around on a personal mission (but technically for UN) to collect the spoken testimonies of selected survivors around the world. Telling their stories of how they survived, from South African officials who had to make really hard choices to geeks in Japan and a lot in between. In the mean time it both paints a picture of the world before, during and after the apocalypse - with a lot of social commentary underneath. The book is build around a series of interviews.. So it was disheartening to see it turned into this. I think it would've made for a great sort of fake documentary..

Decided to celebrate the bad weather, so I cranked up the volume on some Bon Iver and Daughter, had steak n' veggies and enjoyed a good Port Wine (tawny of course). Then, in honour of GDs misadventure I texted and old flirt from my home town and we've planned to go out together in 2 weeks time. Should be fun. There's one here, Zef Side.. Happy Hour every friday.. Interesting place. Alot of the chicks from law and CBS (Copenhagen Buisness School) go there. Just fyi if you're ever in CHP.
