  1. Now if you called him Woogie Weasel...
  2. Ches Monk? And I thought I sucked at making up names.
  3. A character I created using the 2nd edition of the Dungeons & Dragons rule books.
  4. I knew there was a reason I liked Elanee. and Neeshka
  5. I am jealous. That would have been a great game to go to. This has been a great week for the Chargers. Merriman returns, we won, the colts, chiefs, and ravens lose. We are pretty much in charge of our own destiny as far as home field advantage goes. Now if only the seahawks can take out the donkeys. :joy:
  6. Gators win right to face Buckeyes in BCS title game http://sports.espn.go.com/ncf/news/story?id=2685119
  7. The last game was not so great to me. Michigan never posed a threat and only toward the end scored a couple of garbage touchdowns to make it appear closer than it really was. It's hard to say if Bo's death made them play inspired football or effected them negatively. Score by Quarters 1 2 3 4 Score ----------------- -- -- -- -- ----- Michigan............ 7 7 10 15 - 39 Ohio State.......... 7 21 7 7 - 42 As regards to last years championship game. That might have been the greatest football game I have ever seen, it will be very difficult to top that.
  8. There are hugh pathfinding problems anyway.
  9. Double Indemnity 1944 - Film Noir at it's finest. Edward G. Robinson steals the show. Film historians must see this, and make sure to delve into the special features on the DVD. Great Stuff!
  10. But do you really want to see Ohio State play Michigan again? Been there done that.
  11. Well there is some doubt, some people claim Ohio State will play Michigan again for the National championship. I would rather see Florida myself. How about UCLA taking out USC. That was a good game.
  12. It should be useful to know if anything is lurking around the corner. However, with this game there is always something around every corner. I like using it because it slows me down enough so that I can see and remove traps before I or my party members run off and trigger them. Edit - I really liked how they used tracking in both IWD games. It told you about the area with what to expect. Really flushed out the area and the story.
  13. "How can there be a sense of claustrophobia in NWN2 when many of the dungeons have massive chambers and wide sprawling hallways?" You should at least get a sense on being underground, but you don't you might as well be outside or in a building. With the top-down view there is no difference. "IWD nailed claustrophobia down." Exactly. A 2D - 5 year old engine. "That was a problem in NWN1 to." Yep, it would be nice if it got fixed or changed.
  14. Another problem I have with the camera is the fact that it really cuts into the immersion of 3-D graphics. When you are in a dungeon you should be able to move around your environment and almost feel the claustrophobia. However the way the camera works it is impossible to move around without rotating up wards and removing the ceiling and general feeling of being in a dungeon. It makes me wish for a first person camera angle, this would work if the NPC A.I. was improved....
  15. Out of Time (2003) - Director Carl Franklin and actor Denzel Washington team up again (following 1995's Devil in a Blue Dress, which was a much better movie) in an easily forgettable film that does not really offer something that has not been done before and done better. Not a bad action flick to pass the time, that is if you do not have something better to do........
  16. The camera in this game is pretty bad. It's predecessor had the same problem, it never effected me much since I barley wanted to play that piece of crap. Since I acutely want to finish this game, I will make do. Cuts into the fun factor though......
  17. Easy battle. But fun anyway.
  18. In Case You Were Wondering What Fred Mitchell Has Been Up To Lately http://www.deadspin.com/sports/nfl/i...ely-217314.php Check the comments. Hilarious.
  19. Everything is a game. Haven't you figured that out yet?
  20. The Warriors is my favorite. http://www.rockstargames.com/thewarriors/warriors.html
  21. Yellow Clearance Black Box Blues -One of the greatest games ever.
  22. Kevin Gilbride is a great guy to blame, how this genius still has a job in the NFL boggles the mind
  23. MNF Green bay against Seattle. It's snowing :joy: I just hope the game is close, I love watching games in the snow.
  24. To you maybe, but they do tell a story. And the illusion of choice in a coded game is just that an illusion.
  25. That's one way to look at it, I choose to look at it like as a book and these are the characters in the story nothing more or less. Obviously I have no problem with linearity.
