Sometimes buttons disappear even in the Italian localization... I also noticed the following translation error: it should be "Soglia di danno" instead is "danno]Soglia di danno".

This problem currently persist in patch 1.05...

Reload the autosave does not solve the problem, the effects of the spell are still present (without name) at the beginning of the list of active effects on the character. Here's the screenshot:
