  1. For me it depends, if im walking a forest of some sort then sure a random wolf should pop up here and there or if the area is said to be infested heavy with bandits? sure pop some more bandits! but for the love of dont overspam it, random encounter mobs or disrupting sleep? SURE! over respawn of mobs in an area that i whiped clean of life an hour a go? heck no.
  2. To be frank the Witcher 2 was design so you could easily play it with a controler and it did good to with a mouse and keybord (although not so good as Witcher 1) But with PE? giving it controler seting would be just a drag, it would be a pain even for you, dont believe me? try playing the sims with a controler and then with a mouse. Before you would do anything with a controller in this game the person with a mouse would move to the next place.
  3. Well im for geting experience from all the sources (quest/mobs etc.) because its always been like that, yeah sure there were some games that gived you xp for doing quest things only but to be frank they were more of a segment game (pass segment X you get an overall exp pool, like ME2), here? im all in for geting exp for mob kills quest hell even for lock pincking if its possible, but yeah i would not mind if you would get less and less exp from killing monster (when your character is geting stronger) to the point when you would not get anything or only 1 xp.
  4. Well i have nothing against turn base and i would suport the game even if it was buut would i want PE to be turn base ? the answer is no. Sorry but i cant see a game like that to be turned based, yes i did play the old fallout games so i know what mechanic that would be and how it works, but considering this they would have to re model the whole system of playing to, because if the game is going to be somewhat like baldurs gate then taking baldurs gate and turning it in to a turn base ... sorry but that dosnt work for me.
  5. Well if you want a good cross of old school and something new i recomend the Witcher journal style, the entries were "man made" (the feeling that you wrote them yourself) but it was well well segregated so you had a clear understanding of what to do plus there were segments for NPC,lore, monster info.
