Worked for me at least.

Had the same problem with my druid's summoned blight. As far the stop following problem, saving and reloading seems to fix it (at least until it happens again, but then I just save and reload again).

The Druid's summoned blight unable to move: So far only seems to happen in the Dyrford Ruins, but the blight seems to loose the ability to move every few seconds. Saving and reloading seems to fix the problem until it stops moving again. It isn't getting stuck behind an object or any other pathfinding type issue, it just stops moving. E: And it just happened in the cave, so it is not isolated to the ruins
