  1. I'm also not a fan of the art we have seen so far, but I can live with it. The only thing that I will hate is if we have races similar to bethesda games. I don't want humans with animal heads and skin.
  2. BG1 no memorable characters? Misc and Boo are the most memorable characters of RPG pc gaming history. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ozv1RcQJAHA
  3. This poll serves no purpose. Also, I only agree with a "sad" ending if it is one of multiple choises. No more ME3 please. For me a nice ending is similar to the BG games. Basically you choose to become a god or remain a human. Each choice has its cons, leave ultimate power behind or abandon a life of adventuring with your friends, but the pros are always nice. In summary, it's a "happy" ending that comes at the cost of something and makes you a little bit "sad".
  4. I like fixed cameras, they are simple and get the job done. In BG 1 & 2 and Fallout 1 & 2 I never missed having a "floating" or movable camera. I my humble opinion, I think the camera in NWN2, which was not fixed, was simply awful.
  5. This, 100% this. For me it would define an almost perfect RPG experience
  6. I know that this has very little to do with the original post, but here it goes For D&D nerds, how to kill a tarrasque
  7. Are the characters in project eternity going to be limited do 12th level? If so, then forget about what I said. But if they are going to be high level like in TOB, then I think it would be a nice addition to the game
  8. Since playing the IWD and the BG series I always wanted a super mega boss fight with a tarrasque type creature. Honestly, I think that in BG TOB there were too many dragons. That made the fights easier because the tactics were, sometimes, similar. With the inclusion of the mega dungeon maybe it's a good idea to include a tarrasque as the mightiest and deadliest creature of the dungeon. The tarrasque's lore and characteristics are different from a dragon's, and I think that it will add to the overall game experience. ARE YOU WITH ME? TARRASQUE FTW!!!!
