I have introduced a yoga and core regiment to my running routine - it has taken a lot of work, but have been pain-ish free for almost a year fwiiw.

Is it me or do you wonder how anything actually gets done when all people seem to do - at times - is attend meetings? *Ponders whether that was a Dilbert-esque sharing ...
