It depends on the dual/multi. Some of the prestige classes are custom built to allow for high end spellcasting. For instance, a Wizard/Druid -> Mystic Theurge -> "something I can't remember" Heirophant is an extremely powerful wizard/druid mix. And with Wizard/Fighter/Arcane Knight (I think it's called) you can fight well and cast 9th level spells.

Yeah, you can extract a certain document from the game files, it contains the model paths for your various player characters, as well as their starting disciplines, etc. So I could, for instance, make a "clan" with Thamaturgy, Prescence and Auspex and using the Damsel model.. if I were inclined. Or any other combo

MMOs are about playability. Can't have that without respawning, or the like. Unless the game is free to play that is.
