  1. I liked Risen the most. Oh, wait, sorry for going off topic, this is apperently a thread about European borders.
  2. Playing Final Fantasy XIII. Don't love or hate it, actually I feel nothing. A step down from Final Fantasy XII, my favorite PlayStation 2 game.
  3. Ddidn't use Sten much myself, but he's better than some of the other characters. Zevram being the most unintresting alongside Oghren.
  4. I wanted to reread the gamepro preview, but it is now gone.
  5. That is true, but I have decided to be optimistic for a change.
  6. Saw them and I got a good first impression tbh.
  7. Anyone have links to screenshots with faces in them? Would like to see the improvements made.
  8. January 11 2011 was the last day. However, they will release the bonus NPC as DLC.
  9. Playing Shatter. A Breakout inspired game , really enjoying it.
  10. Thank you WUE, great summary. It is good to finally have some new info, but it does seem that some previews are contradicting eachother.
  11. Nice screens and some interesting info. The game is at the very least not pre-alpha anymore.
  12. March 2011: Dragon Age II - Would steal some of the spotlight. Deus Ex: Human Revolution - Square Enix is publishing this title. They are also publishing Dungeon Siege III. I don't think Square Enix wants to compete with DA2 and one of their own RPGs. Wich means Quarter 1 seems very unlikely for a DSIII release. April release? Possible, but it seems unlikely. May Release? Seems more likely. June release? This is my guess.
  13. It does have its own page on STEAM.
  14. ^It's not bad at all, it's just that the original NWN clicks with me for some reason.
  15. "OK, guys, the main story is out of the way, now lets get to work on loading the rest of the game up with 27 metric crap-tons of pure fan service!" Being able to play the main story from start to finish doesn't mean the game is done. There are several graphics filters, technical issues, voice acting, tuning and many other things to be done. What I meant is that they got the game playable and it is not crashing.
  16. They can probably play the game from start to finish, but that doesn't mean all assets are in place.
  17. Mega Man 2 Soundtrack No one likes Mega man music? 8 bit music at its finest. A great soundtrack overall. Planescape Torment - Main Title Music My fav soundtrack of all time. Final Fantasy XII Symphonic Poem - Hope Final Fantasy XI - Opening Theme Liked the entire soundtrack. Two Worlds II - Lands of Despair Two Worlds II - Eastern Flavors Surprisingly good soundtrack overall. Great music that fits the game perfectly. Very solid soundtrack overall. Best soundtrack of this generation. There are many other soundtracks and themes I enjoy, but I think these will have to do for now. Might have some messed up links, tell me if this is the case.
  18. Playing Puzzle Kingdoms (PC). Yet another variant to the Puzzle Quest formula, but a little bit different.
  19. It's good to see Obsidian/Square Enix finally showing off the game for real to the press. Moat previews/screens will be online sooner or later.
  20. There's also Demigod and Heroes of Newerth... I will have a look, thanks. sorophx: I might give LOTR:O a try.
  21. Welcome Dave. I wanted to ask about the fact that different classes start in different starting locations. Does this work like Seiken Densetsu 3? Also, could you tell us a little bit on how multiplayer works? Is it similar to Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance II? I know about the drop in/drop out, but how is character progression saved, etc.
  22. Tried League of Legends. What I learned: I wasn't very good. Thinking of an MMO to play, but I am can't decid wich one. Played Guild Wars for three months but got bored. I have no real experience with MMOs. I might wait for The Old Republic.
  23. Very interesting. I know you can't post scans and I am not asking for any, but were there new images in the PCJ magazine?
  24. I think that is mostly up to Square Enix, unfortunately.
  25. Outcast was awesome for its time. The lightsaber battles had my jaw dropping. Might be laughable all these years later though. The powered up force powers were awesome too. I found this trick where you force jumped over an enemies head and then force pulled them as you passed over them and launched them thousands of feet into the air. Kyle Katarn made the new Star Wars Force Unleashed guy look like a pansy. The force powers were easy to use and extremely effective and it only took a couple of hits to down an enemy. With a cheat code you would end up chopping the storm troopers to pieces. I immediately noticed in the Force Unleashed demo how many damn hits the troopers took. Interesting. Will pick them up next time I see them on sale.
