  1. For that little out of time... Rod Serling rips Loyalty Oaths, the Vietnam War, and Social Inequity
  2. Time - Watchdogs Say Assaults on Journalists Covering Protests Is on a 'Scale That We Have Not Seen Before'
  3. When you really get into the process of your own mask..
  4. Buzzfeed - DEA given permission to investigate people protesting George Floyd's Death
  5. For other considerations: Fox9 - 2 Officers involved in George Floyd death were rookies, one was on his 4th day on the job It does raise a few points, you work your ass off to get into your career, a couple of days after you start the 20-year veteran you've been told to follow is telling you what to do... How much can you question?
  6. Also for interests sake: BuzzfeedNews - Keeping track of the hoaxes and misleading posts about the riots and police brutality
  7. Foreign Policy - A moment of National Shame and Peril - and Hope Keep in mind who the author of this piece is: John Allen, now retired, was a four-star general in the Marines and the commander of US forces in Afghanistan in the period 2011-2013. This piece comes on top of similar statements by former chairman of the joints chiefs of staff Admiral Mullen and former four-star Marine general Mattis who was also the former Secretary of the Defense.
  8. Well as they continue to consider how to shift public perception... Gizmodo - Minneapolis cops sued for shooting, beating, and gassing over a dozen journalists
  9. Well there is the potential argument being made that Police being so eager to use Tear Gas on crowds, causing them to tear and sneeze, is an extra underhanded chemical/biological attack because of the Covid-19... But eh, the fun of the conspiracy theories and where the reality does lay... Also, for added fun factor: Washington Post - Trump tried to register to vote in Florida using an out-of-state address... And yes, in the midst of that, I forgot Elerond had already mentioned it...
  10. On which note If Tear Gas has been banned from use in War by the Geneva Convention, Why do Police still use it?
  11. I actually saw it for the first time the other week. It's not.. bad. But it's not that great either. It's got some nice performances, a few eye-rolling moments. There are moments you can seem either pulled from or "inspired by" X3. But it's also not done like the "normal" X-Men films, there's no group story as such, it's very focused as you might expect on Jean Grey. In some ways it almost mashes together the feel of being a spin-off, a prequel story, and a re-shuffle to set the stage for the next arc of the universe and can't seem to find the tone for which of the three it is.
