  1. That and taking him on with Zaalbar and carth makes it easy too =)
  2. I do, with the precise shot feats and duel weilding blasters party members who use guns become quite effective (not to mention the close combat feat)
  3. I agree, it did have too many jedi members, and maybe too many party members in general. Too many party members in the fact that you cant use them ALL at the same time, You should be able to get a security system in your ship and have as many party members with you as you want (the game becomes easier and harder respectively)
  4. Hmm. Don't really know if this is spoilerish, but for safety. (Highlight the black part to read) If I was useless, once again, wait for Mortis or one of the mods. Or you could always try google. yeahh. but i already got rid of that women, and ive killed vrook and im done with dantooine. so idk wat to do now.. if youve already killed vrook then there should have been the part you needed or a lightsaber on his body !!!! He may not have that patch the puts lightsabers for sure on the bodies of the masters, and if not then the only garenteed thing from his corpse is master robe IIRC
  5. There are several places to get the parts you'll need.....
  6. You can also just ignore them and attack kreia (WATCH YOUR HEALTH) and use life support packs or advanced medpacks when your health gets low
  7. dude .. that's 3 nonstop months with no break if it averages 25 hours a game ... do you work or go to school or just have absolutely no life outside this game or ...? Online school, leaves 4 hours extra a day when other people are in school, and it doesnt acerage 25 most games were 20 or less but a few of em went to 29 And this from the guy who has made 8 kotor glitch vids...after reading up on them from online sources
  8. 91 completed games, between 20-30 hours or so ea....im outta school so no math for me
  9. Yeah, he is right So basically you played through a Lot of the planets, Stopped playing and your game ended up being deleted, and you want saved games from someone else so that you dont have to play through all the planets again to be able to beat the game?
  10. That's kinda my opinion too. The main-strenght of the KotOR-games has been the stories. Both of them have been just completly awesome, imo. And a huge part of the game(s) relied on it. And me personally would be prefer a KotOR-offline-game anyday instead of a MMO, as told. It should be an offline game that has stuff that can be done online(MMORPG style) Have a few worlds and places and items that are only obtainable online. And missions could be set up where you and 2 friends can go out on missions (though online would have to be TONS harder than the offline version. If there were online playing - the main PC would have to be some complete no-name who never does anything great in the main stream of things - as far as canonicity goes. KOTOR has always be focussed on you (however you portrayed yourself) being the centre of what's going on; drawing followers to your cause becoming a major power to challenge the evil overlord(s). An MMORPG cannot support this playing style. MMORPGs are about a bunch of people in an online world doing their own stuff - it's in its own pocket universe. An MMORPG in the KOTOR universe would be cool - but it would have to be a pocket universe - separate from the actual KOTOR storyline - just like Accept said. I meant that you can take your character online and play with friends to just kill things (basically). Kinda like halo 2's online areas, You use your person to just fight and its not part of the actualy game (campaign). I am going to add to this. because its true. MMOs su#% when it comes to a changing universe. WoW is a static world were everything is the same only a few minutes after you left it. Not to mention that many have very (and I mean VERY) poor story lines. Can anyone tell me the story line for WoW? Did you know there is not story line for EVE? Guild Wars has a good story but if you go back to an earlier point you will not see any change. MMOs must maintain a static universe so that the next player can do his thing too. For this reason I often found that I felt like anything I did didn't mater. It would be undone soon after. Games like KOTOR have always been superior for this reason. The world could change. You could make a difference and what you have done changes lives and the game shows it. Then there is the point of stories. I asked someone on EVE why there was no story. He said it was much better not having one. But such a person has never understood what a story is. EVE players spend all their time mining for money, destroying other ships for money or just destroying other ships. Like WoW, all they have to look forward to is mouths spent so they can win in PvP against other players and even be untouchable by most. Wow, how amazing.... Many WoW people leave the game after a while feeling they wasted part of their lives away. Why? because there was no story. What is a story? It is a purpose. And we all know what happens to ppl that have no purpose in life. They rarely get anywhere and rarely do anything amazing. Not to mention that what purpose you have does make a difference. And money proposes do work but are not very rewarding. The ability to save or destroy a galaxy has put KOTOR in a league all it's own. No MMO can match that. It is that that keeps me coming back. After reading this it seems i ddnt get my point across, I'm saying that they make the KOTOR 3 game. But that you have the ability to go Online and just go out in groups of 3 and fight with friends. Not exactly a MMORPG, More like Halo 2 where you go online to fight but it doesnt affect the actual game, Its just for fun to play withother people and show off your characters. Good Luck with that =)

  13. Not any more than lightsaber or force people lose I THINK NOT How many times have you played and beaten KOTOR 2?
  14. Not any more than lightsaber or force people lose
  15. Try fighting Sion or Nilius with blasters and see how long you last. Besides Lightsabre crystals can add to your stats, which can increase your force powers, chances to hit, damage you can do etc so they are the better weapons towards the end of the game. As i stated in my earlier post i play as blaster or force characters...i HAVE beaten them with blasters
  16. Everybody uses swords. Guns can't do anything... Guns can do things, 2 hit kills. Though they shuold have made guns do a LOT more damage...seeing as in reality one shot could kill, your obviously not smart enough to mix the feats and gun skills to work effectively with them.
  17. I personally wouldnt mind playin as a soldier during the Mandalorian and jedi civil wars. You should be able to play on either side of both conflicts. And before people bring in lightsaber- Its fun but i rarely use one...i either use guns or the force, so going without one wouldnt do much.
  18. IM not computer literate with this game but i have one suggestion....Play the games on CONSOLES (xbox) never had a problem like any of these before =)
  19. The way you say it you seem to have just noticed a new lightsaber, In the options you can turn on a "warning" that will give you a little box that tells you abot experience, journal entries, rewards and stuff like that that you recieve.
  20. If K3 has been under construction for years the only real way would be for them to keep all personell completely isolated, No internet no phone mail. That would include the people who clean the building......Granted i wouldn have some fun doing that to people....tazer people who attemp to break the rules....put an internet explorer icon on the desktop that zaps them if they click it...=)
  21. They're pessamists who go by "No news is good news" =)
  22. I forgot about that! I switch My vote To jedi power battles!
  23. *Awws with LadyCrimson* How sweet and true. If you really love someone, then it doesn't matter how old you are...Unless it's like Anna Nichole Smith. That's just nasty. Back on topic: You cannot have a relationship with Mira. Sorry. I don't play male that often, anyway. I usually stick with female. And I get jipped! I can't have Atton! .....
  24. are you kidding me? in K1 T3 was a complete and utter piece of **** in K2 on the other hand, he was actually fairly decent, and with all the upgrades you/Bao Dur did to him he could get quite powerful i did prefer HK in K1 than K2 though. He never really got enough feats for me to find him all that usefull I disagree with the t3 statement (he did however polute a LOT) but Hk in kotor 2 is kinda bad because you dont get him until kinda late in the game...which makes it no fun
