  1. I'll go VII for everything, just because it's the most balanced, complete, and in- depth form from what it says above.
  2. Yea, whoever asked about a Mandalore fighting a Dark Lord of the Sith was correct. Except it was Ulic-Qel-Droma, not Exar, who beat him. IT happened in Tales of the Jedi: The Sith War.
  3. I actually like this new Dark Side music better than KOTOR 1. The light side piece is also great, reminds me alot of LOTR.
  4. I like Kreia, because she sounds like Judi Dench. Lol, I like M telling me the force is strong within me.
  5. Banooby, trust, me all this Jedi eradication isn't even official SW EU. It is completely thought up by the guys at Bioware/Obsidian. They can't just say that the Republic was crushed for 1,000 years. Tons of stuff happens in the next 1,000 years, and they can't just erase it in a video game. Man, Nur Ab Sal would be having a heart attack right now.
  6. I thought that that silver/Mandalorian guy was Bao-Dur because the Dev said he had a dark past. Do we know the silver guys name?
  7. Obi-Wan, don't make fun of yourself, it's just sad.
  8. At first, I really liked the original Jedi and Sith robes in KOTOR. I thought it was good that they were different than the robes from the PT and OT. But, I started to get really sick of them after awhile. Aftwer reading Tales of the Jedi, I really wish that some of the robes from KOTOR II look like the ones from TOTJ. They are similar to the robes that most other Jedi wear in KOTOR, except with plate armor intergrated into it.
  9. I really thought I was the only one who thought that Halo wasn't that great. I got so damn sick of that game
  10. Besides, It's not even set in the KOTOR age. It says the Golden Age of the Sith empire, which is about 1,000 years before KOTOR.
  11. YEa, it was the only one at B&N, I want Dark Lords of the Sith to get the back story, I guess I'll order it from Amazon. I had heard redemption was not as good as any others, to each his own I guess.
  12. I know I'm still stuck on a topic from like three days ago, but I went to my local Barnes and Noble, and they had a copy of TOTJ: THe Sith War. I really like what they did with it, and it is definietly more ancient. One problem, not a single Jedi Master in that book is a human. What was up with Master Thonb Nur Ab Sal? I mean, he was a like triceratops(sp?) for pete sake! How was he supposed to weild a lightsabre?
  13. Looks like a new animation, nothing to "twitch" about. Probably just a parry in a weired angle, I don't see how it could possibly be a new style centered around that.
  14. Could you provide us some examples of sabre styles?
  15. Thanks Nur, I actually would like to see TOTJ. Do you know if there is somewhere I can see it for free?
  16. Nur Ab Sal, I understand that you, like many EU fanatics (no offense) want KOTOR to be completely different from GL's vision. If you think about it, 4,000 years is not "giant" in the grand scheme of things. Not much happened technologically from 4,000 B.C. to 1 A.D. Also, I know that you want KOTOR to resemble TOTJ, but to most, only the movies and major novels are canon, not graphic novels. If the devs had made KOTOR look like TOTJ, not only would it be unoriginal, it wouldn't attract any casual gamers. If KOTOR bore no resemblence to the Civil War era, it wouldn't make sense. I actually think the devs did put their own spin on the design and feel of the KOTOR world. It may not of been more ancient, but it was definitely different.
  17. Do we have information about these classes? Where are the descriptions?
