New Spells for wizard from Rathun ( Magran Leaping Flame etc)
When the staff strike with burn attack, the ring of Focused apply +10acc, but not 1pen with Scion of Flame. The debuff is cool for fire attack in general because that stack with everything. About the Magran Leaping Flame, the 20s status effect on enemies is not a DoT but a fire pulse around them, like Spark of the Soul on enemies! I dont know if someone have already try to cast SotS on enemies while confused, but I did and it is crazy ; here it is the regular way the attack work! There is also another spell that can be stealed from other Rathuns (icy ones from SSS) : Freezing Bolt , evocation, freeze, PL7. Here, the salva (AoE) pulse every 0.1s for 0.3s with 20Int. It is less efficient than Magran Leaping Flame and SSS is accessible later than Urnox.

I dont know, I like the idea of Unique Spell for bosses (even if the rathuns are not bosses). The best should be to can learn it after defeating them, like a reward.

Besides Megabosses, Is Neriscyrlas The Hardest Single Boss Enemy?
The difficulty with Neriscyrlas is his high will that make debuff hard to hit. But she is not resistant vs Con affliction, so with a way to Enfeebling her, the siphon dont regenerate her . The Veilpiercer is a good way to reduce his buffs, or Glacierbane if you crit her. Neriscyrlas is a vessel and if you have Amaliorra, the +10 acc and +20% damage bonus work on any attack. The Charms of Bones can also help (+5acc vs vessel).

With a SC Wizard, you can get some good spells during the encounter vs Urnox ! You can steal with Major Grimoire Imprint 3 spells from the Rathun Flamecaller : The first, Magran Leaping Flame, is a PL6 evocation version of Firebug with 2 bounces (+ PL) that cause in AoE (1.5m) burn damage (10-16 vs reflex) per 3s for 20s. Bouncing primary attack is vs deflection and Interrupt on hit ; The second, Magran's Shield, is a PL6 evocation version of Flame Shield that cause to remove Might, Con or Dex (hazard) inspiration to the attacker. That can be casted on allie. The third, Blazing Staff, is a PL5 version of Concelhault's Draining Staff with Crush/Fire damage and cause -4 burn AR on hit (not-stackable). Can be summoned out of fight. For them they dont know how to keep permanently these spells, it is simple : with a grimoire that contain Major Grimoire Imprint (not learned by the wizard on level), steal the spell then switch to another grimoire give the spell for ever.

As SC Stormspeaker chanter, Tekehu have acces to The Ranga (Avenging Storm), and with some equipments he become the most eloquent chanter. 🗲 Tekehu 🗲 Stats of Tekehu : 12-10-14-10-17-15 The equipment needed : Acina's Tricorn (+5acc with ranged attack, work for most of the spells including AS) Footprint's of Ahu Taka (+2dex, +10% healing done) Ring of the Marksman (+4acc to corrupted Beauty) Kuaru's Price (+1per & +1int) Firethrower's Gloves (+2dex ) The Giftbearer's Cloth (especially with an imported Sasha's sabre to get 2 Sabres) Torc of the Falcon's Eyes (+2per) Least Unstable Coil Blightheart Sasha's Singing Scimitar (Encore & Shocking Prelude(universal lash) ) & The Weyc's Wand Sasha's Singing Scimitar (imported, Refreshing Finale) Robes of the Weyc * In first time, killing an enemy with Blightheart trigger Corrupted Beauty in AoE around Tekehu, that can be prolonged, and because it is not restricted to combat that can be cheesed with Strand of Favor to a permanent effect. Once Corrupted Beauty is active, empowering The Ranga with the second weapon set cause to Tekehu to have, when there is at less 1 enemy at melee range (Corrupted Beauty is 1.8m radius), every 3s: The Ranga in AoE (corrupted Beauty), then : Brilliant for allies in AoE (Robe of the Weyc) Current recovery skipped (The Weyc's Wand) Refreshed +3PL (The Weyc's Wand) New Chant (Robe of the Weyc) +7 phrases (Encore) +14% action speed bonus and universal shock lash (applied to the ranga) (shocking prelude) tier- 3 inspiration(s) refreshed (depending of how many enemy are at range), then : AoE interrupt (corrupted Beauty & the Ranga, Chants, when crit) and Tekehu Stats are now : 17-15-24-18-23-20 , with +5acc (tricorn) and +4acc (3PL and brilliant) for most of spells and +9acc for Corrupted Beauty. With Each kill Fed His Fury (+5 to Might, resolve and constitution, stack with the Lesat Unstable Coil inspirations) the stats are : 22-20-24-18-23-25. That mean every 3s, Tekehu can cast His Heart Did Fill for long fight, or everything else (including The Ranga when his duration is almost over, and the spell is still Empowered). Once per combat, switching to the third set (Sasha's Scimitar with Refreshing Finale) for a Corrupted Beauty pulse allow to use Tekehu as Lord of the Storm in any fight. * Boras as Watcher Pet help a lot (+5acc with spells for party). Immunities provided by Captain's Banquet prevent interrupt and the loosing of PL, ect. Ocean's Song at Tikawara transform The Ranga into Interrupting Attack (at less on graze). The potion of Spacial Alacrity work, like Alcina's Tricorn, for most of spells and compensate Dex and Per. Of course the Weyc's items and the Least unstable Coil are great with a lot of characters (SC Druid or SC Priest on the top of the list for me) but to get 7phrases per 3s for a chanter is really strong.

Ranger & Driving Flight Weapons !
That is working like you suspect, with a lot of weapon sets very potent for the ability. As melee weapon for these kind of attack (full-attack-in-AoE) I personally like Frostfall as melee weapon (the +20% hostile effect duration AoE -Dispersed Suffering- trigger with any weapon kill, and Encroaching Frost (10% chance to freeze for 4s on crit) work on any Frostfall attack (including Dispersed Suffering).

Also : dont need to wear Effort, Chillfog from Calling Grave or Declared Guilty from Oathbreaker End under Withdraw proc Ajamuut's Stalking Cloak and Shadow Fang.

Yes, with pulsing spells and beam, but with a delayed fireball, this is the whole spell that is launched a second time (every regular and AoE attack spells). Edit : Echoing spell from an Empowered Spell are also Empowered (5 inspirations with Seraphen on Amplified Wave & Least Unstable Coil).

Items That Proc On Spell Hit
Only the attack on the target that have proc the echoe, not the whole symbol ! But for other AoE spells like Fireball, the full fireball is repeated. By the way, a Priest of Magran - Evoker have 30% (Evocation), 10% (Echoes of Faith) and 5% (Vithrack) chance to repeat the wizard'spells from the Priest tree. With the Ray of Fire, only the proc on target is repeated (in reality the beam is launched twice), the flame shield cause 2 reliatations, and Torrent of Flame is launched twice (or more if the repeated spell is echoed too?) My Seraphen-Test (with the 100% chance to echo cipher's spells prolonged) have not chain-spell but maybe I didnt try the good spell! Edit : With 100% chance to echo spells, Amplified Wave proc 4 times ( Vague Amplifiée in the combat log). I dont know why for the moment. Mind Lance proc only 2 times, so no chain-spell casting with %chance to echo in any case.

No, it is because Ondra's Wrath doesnt bouce with Driving Flight, but Brackish Arc does. You can see in the gif some enemies far away that the attack proc being afflicted several time by the Brackish Arc effect. In addition to Avenging Storm (to convert the affliction into damage), that cause a great amount of Lightning. But yes, Ondra's Wrath is great too!

Any suggestions for Fassina?
The combinason between Citazl's Lance and Taste of the Hunt is very nice for a Sorcerer: In first, the AoE from the weapon hit also the main target (Main Pierce damage in first line and AoE crush damage in third line, same target), and in second the 57.8 damage over 20s from Taste of the Hunt is in reality 24 damage per 3s tick for 20s (I dont know why). With Brilliant (because you have to "spam" it), Conjure Familiar can trigger all the 5 passives, so +3 for all stats + minor bonuses + 1PL. Also, the Lance of the Midwood Stag is a good weapon for Sorcerer, because of Lord of the Forest (+2PL under Form of the Delemgan) ; otherwise the Chromatic Quaterstaff is also very good, with the +20 deflection vs melee modal (the malus doesnt affect spell recovery and you have a lot of them).

(Sorry I cant post several GIF on a unique post) Auto-attack with the Xefa Empirical Explication (Matter Repulsion, Innexplicable Mass, Avenging Storm) : (These test was made with a Ranger-Monk, to try before the Mohora Tanga single target annihilation, so a Ranger Monk seems to be the best damage dealer vs single target AND very devastating vs group also.)

Items That Proc On Spell Hit
There is the Vithrack Silk Slippers (5% chance to repeat spell), and for priest, Echoes of Faith (Marux Amanth, 10% chance to repeat spell). Symbols are not DoT but On pulse Attack, so that work fine fine them. In other side, DoT are not a spell per tick, only the attack roll can proc the Whale of a Wand. Beams work really nicely with Sea Story, but The Hand of Weal and Woe, if charming an enemy, will heal them ! Storm of Holy Fire (and other similar spells) work fine too, each pulse proc some spells. So if Echoes of Faith is applyed, it is not the whole spell that is casted again, but the missile, of course.

In the same way some effects from weapon are Melee and proc Swift Flurry, some others are Ranged and proc Driving Flight. Even if the most of weapon effects work fine with the Ring of the Marksman, Strategic Shot (Scordeo's Edge) or Sharpshooter's passive, they are not ranged in reality. Like in the other topic, I list here only the 100% chance to proc a Truly Ranged Effect : Thundercrack Pistol : Overload (paralize on crit) vs fortitude : Conductive Blast (not the upgrade)vs reflex, 1/rest Xefa's Empirical Explication : Matter Repulsion (knocked back on crit, vs fortitude : Inexplicable Mass ( Knock prone on crit), vs fortitude Spearcaster : Forceful Impact (50% chance to knockback and daze on hit), vs fortitude : Arcane Bolt (15% chance to cast Minoletta's missiles on crit), ; Pinning ( 20% chance to immobilize on hit), vs fortitude : Skewer (multiple target bolt) 2/rest, vs defl. & fortitude for immoilized and pushed Watershaper Focus : Brackish Arc ( Sicken on crit) vs fortitude There are some others like with smaller chance or specific target like A whale of a Wand (Beast Imagined, Sea Stories, Woven Waves (5% chance for each effect to proc), Keybreaker Scepter (Revelation, frighten kith on crit), The Eye of Wael (Illusive Spell, 5% chance to cast a random spell on hit, Shrouded Strike, 10% chance to random affliction on target on crit),Amaliorra (Bend the Will & Break the Will on crit vs kith or wilder, Claim the Will & Claim the Husk abilities), Dragon's Dowry (Serpent's Rage ability), The Weyc Wand (Muddling Bolts, 25% chance to confuse target on crit), Windsong (Loose the Wind, 30% chance to deal freeze damage on crit), Aaminaa's Legacy (precison Impact and the upgrade), Amira's Wing (Forceful Gust, 5% chance to interrupt and knock prone on hit), Veilpiercer (Disruptive Arrow ability), and Rod of the Deep Hunter (Crashing Surf Ability). More funny, there is also Preparing the Offering (ability from Sanguine Greatsword), Ball Lightning (Lord Darryn Voulge) and Necrotic Heart (and upgrade) from Voidwheel ! Also, The Pain Persits (not Instruments of Pain) is Ranged Weapon, and fists bounces (but dont trigger Swift Flurry anymore). All these effects are Ranged - Weapon, so they trigger Avenging Storm and bounce with Diving Flight, but also profit to some bonuses like Marksman (Ranger) and Shootist ( Alcina's Tricorn)*. More clearly, Conductive Blast is really devastating with a ranger (especially with Avenging Storm, each hit from the ability cause 1 lightning and bounce with a lightning, an each hit and bounce can crit, causing Overload that cause one lightning and bounce with another lightning, and can also crit causing a new Overload (an new lightning) and bounce (with a lightning) etc. Xefa Empirical Explication can, with Driving Flight and Avenging Storm, create a lightning "cone", and with Whirling Strike and really good acc, it is like a Lightning Show. Of course, it is not the "explosion" that Hand Mortar make, but it is valuable : 4*2 bullets that can trigger 2 effects per bullet on crit that bounce and can create 2 new effects on crit that bouce etc with one lightning for each proc and bounce. The Watershaper Focus is also really great because of the modal, the +1 bounce, Driving Flight and so the 3 AoE that can proc some crit that trigger Backish Arc that bounce and can also crit, causing a new layer of Backish Arc, that bounce etc. Of course, witout Avenging Storm, that is not really impressive, but with it, that look like one of the most powerful weapon for ranger. * : about Shootist from Alcina Tricorn, that work also for most of the spells, and with the combinason of Sky Dragon Wurm (+3acc for >4m target), Boras (+5acc with Spells), Sagani Ressentiment (+2acc for >4m target), the wearer gain +15acc with spells. In this case of the wearer is the ranger, +15acc with weapon (+10 above + ring of the Marksman) and +15acc with Avenging Storm.

Swift Flurry and HbD dont proc Carnage also, for the same reason they dont proc Skald effect or Spell Disruption I presume, so maybe because they are status effects that use a primary attack as value ?

This is an unique crit from Mohora Tanga with a SC Assassin with Boltcatchers : 226 additional shock damages. The enemy dont have 2 afflictions here, but Deathblow is applied otherwise. Boltcatchers is superior than Hylea's Talon for melee Chain-Crit purpose, also for Effort (than can crit). With the Ajamuut's Stalcking Cloak and Vanishing Strike, the target is stunned as long the chain crit continue. With Entropy, that can be as long the invisibility stay.

The corrosive attack is melee but I dont know if the Draining Touch is "weapon". However, the weakened affliction is not melee, meaning no chain-crir in this side! The push effect is also not melee, in other case the SF combo could be the most funny thing for a Sage, and I will have done a mod that rename the weapon to Llengrath's Warding Lol Staff! Sadly that doesnt work. Maybe it is because it is an ability. Is Carnage may working only on auto-attack?

Every monk are goods for these weapons, excepted Shattered Pillar who ironicaly doesnt gain wounds via abilities (like SF or HbD). They are not bader than other monks, but dont take advantage of their passive I mean.

No you are right, the Pen bonus is applied to "ranged" effects like Keeper of the Flem, not the melee attack. Why Helwalker should increase the duration of Swift Flurry?

That increase the Pen from 11 to 12, +1 Harpooning +2 from thunderous Blow >15, +50% crit > 22.5 instead of 21 without passive. That is for the first melee crit, after that, since SF & HbD are abilities they scale with PL for acc and pen. At level 20, multiclassed, HbD have +3 Pen and +12acc. For swift Flurry, there is a double-scaling : Level : Ability and PL : Monk. This last give the +0.5pen /PL and +1acc/PL. So, at level 20, multiclassed, SF have +2.5 pen (+1.5 Monk, +1 ability) and +10Acc (+6 Monk +4ability). But of course this is Red Flag Flying that need to crit, and need to get ACC. But the damages come from SF/HbD. I dont know how many ACC can be stacked with Extendable Buffs like Scordeo's Edge (+20) or Serpent's Crown (+10) for Red flag Flying.
