  1. Yeah I remember like the Sims 3 island paradise world had massive amounts of bad lag, because certain sims would get stuck some place, who knows where.

If you think about the loading they brought back, I would choose that since it's far more efficient and faster than Sims 3 style, which was having your sim jump into some poorly rendered car, and driving through some sparsely detailed n64 looking world (even on max gfx), to get to some destination that pop loads right before your eyes anyway

In Sims 4 when you load up the gym, every treadmill is taken. When you load up the bar, every seat is taken. Things are more populated. Not so much in Sims 3, when all the sims are spread out in that big open world

  2. I'm actually digging it so far. Sure it doesn't have all the extras like a 100gb DLC complete install of Sims 3, and has some questionable ommisions that even a mobile Sims game has, but I look at it like trimming the bloat and focusing on the core game, which is the social dynamics, which has been drastically upgraded IMO. And the addition of multitasking, and mood swings. The Sims themselves also look improved, they're not chubby looking and resemble people better, literally anyone can be recreated in this game ( there is that same height limitation tho).

  3. I got it from Deal Extreme, it took like 2 weeks to get here (in US)

Build quality feels a bit lightweight, but weight is offset by the mounted tablet's heavyness. Buttons are console caliber and the analog sticks click in for L3 R3, which is great. Many games I tested (mobile and PC) work. I usually have a massive advantage with this thing in the mobile FPS Modern Combat 5, where most are trying to aim their guns with their touch screens, and I go in like I'm playing Call of Duty on xbox and blast everyone away

  4. 10 years ago I came to this forum to talk about Star Wars. Not sure how many fans are still left. But there have been some abundant leaks these past few days, that are getting me hyped again. Anyway feel free to discuss yay or nay

  5. Nice Mi Pad!! I just recently picked up an Nvidia Shield Tablet that also has Tegra K1 (so I'm selling my 2013 32GB Nexus 7). This thing has a 1080p 8 inch screen, and can play HL2 and Doom 3 on max gfx settings, which is pretty sweet. Also compatible with Gamestream so I can stream all my controller enabled PC games to my coffee table

Watch Dogs with that new graphics unlocker, makes the game look like the original E3 2012 tech demo

It looks the same as base game except everything is really blurry and bloomy. PC gamers show yet again how utterly moronic they are. All it takes is making the character shortsighted and hey, it's nextgen now! It was a conspiracy too!

In my mod, the bokeh blur is actually dynamic, and focuses near or far depending on what's on what's in your crosshairs, like a real video camera bro. I also have Watch Dogs on Xbone, and this looks way better. I also use Sweetfx on the pc Watch Dogs, which sharpens the edges and color
