Could someone (AndreaColombo?) who's allowed to post in the fig comments section bring this up, please? Thanks. -

This. For those who ran out of rewards to get but still want to get Ydwin. Yep, I imagine it would be a lot easier to raise those 600K if something like this would be possible. I still have a few Nuyen left to throw Obsidian's way but surely don't need yet another copy of Deadfire for it. -

6 hours and 60+ days. Paypal and other slacker backer contributions will still count towards stretch goals. Including unlocking additional legs for Fulvano's Voyage? Apparently, yes they will: FeargusUrquhart: PayPal pledges will count towards Fulvano's Voyage, but he might be hitting his final stop fairly soon. How final? We'll all find out soon. https://www.reddit.com/r/IAmA/comments/5vzou1/we_are_obsidian_entertainment_purveyors_of_fine/de65uzr/ -

At least Feargus confirmed the campaign continuing on for a while beyond the official "end": "Will potential pledges made after the Fig campaign ends, through paypal on your own site or whatever, be counted for the stretch goals? That would make ยง5M seem more realistic at least." "Yes, we will keep it counting for a while after the end of the campaign." -

Fig payment method.

Or you could just use PayPal if that's available to you. It's scheduled to go live along with the backer portal sometime later today on Wednesday, if Obsidian's finally got their act together. -

Thanks for the continous pestering on, I guess everyone's behalf in here, much appreciated. I'm still wondering though if they are aware of the potentially significant contribution (both in funds and backers) IF they would put the backer site online before the campaign ends. Doesn't seem like as if they really care and just trust regular backers to knock down all the stretch goals. -

At the danger of sounding like a broken record - any news? If they need yet another week I'd rather they say it than keeping folks up all night. Getting late over here. -

We still on track for PayPal/The Backer Portal going live later today? -

A real shame - getting the portal up and running during the campaign probably would have brought quite a few of potential backers on board to help knocking down a stretch goal or two. -

According to Aarik D or the FAQ section on fig PayPal is something they're looking into. No word on how long this is going to take and when it's going live though. "When will we have access to PayPal? We are currently looking into how we can offer PayPal to our backers and will have more information on that at a later time." -

No, someone must be trolling. Exactly. Never touch a running system. -

+1 for the split mechanic from POE. People that were confused by it back then very likely have it figured out by now. In the end it's just a matter of properly communicating how it works (and let's be honest here - it's anything but rocket science). -

Obsidian's missing out on quite a bit of dosh right now. Not just from people without the means of backing through fig but from people unwilling to go through fig at all too. -
Probably a bit too silly and absurd for POE2, but what if the Watcher's group would cross paths with the pirate crew and ship not just one time but, as kind of a running gag a couple of times over the course of the game? Each time both parties meet, it would always end with the pirate's ship sinking, either at the hand of the Watcher and Co. or, after succesfully intimidating or otherwise convincing them (e.g. talking them into it), at the pirates' own hands by "suicide-sinking". And yes that would totally be a reference to the pirates from the Asterix comics. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Asterix_characters#The_Pirates http://i.imgur.com/wnOcxnZ.jpg http://i.imgur.com/eP8D3lI.jpg http://i.imgur.com/2roYhDF.jpg http://i.imgur.com/ZarlCnk.jpg
