I started up a 4 White Mages run. Seelah, Kyra, Lini, and Lem. The four characters that start with a Divine power. Seems decently balanced. Lem picks up all the arcane spells, and acts as a support. Seelah is the big melee combat character. Lini is good all around. and Kyra keeps everybody healed up and can hold her own in combat and with supporting blessings. We'll see how things go as I progress deeper, but after playing through the entire campaign a couple times, putting fun restrictions on the party makeup keeps things interesting. I've also thought about doing a Wizard pair with Sajan and Seoni. Or a melee only combat club with Amiri, Seelah, Kyra, Sajan, and Valeros.

Nah, it is still a great game. Devs will fix stuff. New content will come.

I was able to load back in to my save. http://imgur.com/Ws6Cw7Q Using an Android OS 4.4.4 On a DROID MAXX phone (I know phones aren't officially supported yet, but the game is otherwise working well, and another user also reported this. I'll try to get a save file.

Same thing happened to me. I was able to load back in and the screen was still crazy, and clicking next to end the turn would freeze the app again. I was able to log back in again and Forfeit so that I didn't lose any progress. But yeah, this was a weird bug.

After Deck 3....Sajan's Drunken Master Role allows him to recharge items with the Liquid trait.
