  1. The funny thing is that it'll still have the rumblepak, but PS3 can't because it'll disrupt the gyroscope.
  2. I want Red Steel. It's nice to see the gun not being stuck to the middle of the screen. Enemies actually seeking cover instead of running straight at you. Swordfighting People actually cheering during gameplay sequences was a nice change.
  3. Red Steel is being presented by some frenchdudes.
  4. 27 games on the show floor.
  5. 3 new 1st party IPs. Excite truck. Project Hammer. Disaster.
  6. Super Mario Galaxy Metroid something
  7. Price and release date are still undisclosed. But Q4 2006.
  8. An actual response from the audience!!!
  9. I like how people have to rely on substances to become cool.
  10. That's one big poster.
  11. And here's the MGS4 trailer http://www.gametrailers.com/player.php?type=mov&id=10421 This was arguably the only sequence in the presentation which was followed by genuine applause.
  12. Here's the FFXIII trailer for those who missed it http://www.gametrailers.com/player.php?type=mov&id=10420 The sad thing is, if they actually focused on making gameplay 'involving', it'd actually have potential. The gameplay will most likely end up being nothing even remotely close to what they're showing off. But hey, I'd gladly eat my words. ..... Wait, the director of X-2 is going to be working on XIII? 13. I dunno, I just leeched it
  14. It sounds like it'll probably be the case. Most of those games presented don't look like they'd take advantage of that feature. It sounds kinda hypocritical of Sony, though. Starting off with 'we don't need no stinking gimmicks', then showing one off. And if it actually ends up being of limited use, then it'll REALLY end up as a gimmick.
  15. I'm wondering whether it'll end up being awkward, though, just from the way it's set up. Basically, you're free to move the controller around in 3d space. X, Y, Z, and 3 degrees of rotation ('nod', 'shake', 'tilt'). But at the same time, you're also using the same piece of equipment to handle 2 analogue sticks and a lot of buttons - all at once. It sounds daunting.
  16. Basically, the War Hawk (or whatever) demo they showed for the PS3, using the controller to tilt the ship around was pretty much the 'expected' the Wii would have handled flight (basically, moving the controller around in 3d space). I'm, however, hoping for a more intuitive method of handling it. Given the shape of the wiimote, it'd work perfectly as a joystick bar.
  17. Here's the deal. Get her drunk, and then you can Then you can ask her again if alcohol is cool or not.
  18. Well, there's 6 degrees of movement. You can see what they are by checking out here http://www.naturalpoint.com/trackir/ (which is - surprise surprise, a PC peripheral that already exists)
  19. They'll probably hype Vista a lot. I probably won't bother watching this one after Sony's was such a waste of time.
  20. Erm, Hudson makes Bomberman. Atlus makes a lot of obscure (S)JRPGs.
