Hmmm you should not have to link your Android to Android, if you have same user account in both of them. If you have different account then it is not possible. I have Android box and Android tablet and They both use same account and ofcourse have same content... hmmm... Sounds strange. Are you sure that you have same account Name and same user pdif in bot devices? If you have, then you can ask them to merge those two pdif s together because They should be the same.

The very plausible reason may be that your PFID has been changed. Check out if it is the same or not in your PC and Android. If not contact the support@obsidian.net with your both pfid:s and ask that They fix the account.

Interesting indeed. So in Many way bugged. Have to get time to see where else it ”works” or does not work as intended. Have you any other stones or jevels that change the dice? So if this is common problem to those items or just this strength case... Have to banish something and get those items too to the croups just for testing purpose.

This is maybe more a feature than a bug, but save the game feature would be nice to have! Or you did make multible scenarios and the party progress did disappear? Then it sound more like Connection/not logged in the game Center type problem... I supose that this is Steam version? Havent seen this in mobile versions unless that connection problem.
