Good game, far better than the movie.

I prefer the Gauss Gattling gun but the gattling laser seems to be more effective against robots. Energy weapons in general are more effective against the robots. The only ballistic weapon that can actually tear the robots a fresh one, are the various Gauss weapons. Everything else pales in comparison. The MEC Gauss Minigun / Pistol / Rifle is absolutely wonderful when you enter Vault 0. Too bad there always seem to be a shortage of Gauss-clips around but bucketloads of fusion cores for the Plasma / Laser rifles and the Sunbeam Gatling Laser. You forget about the Browning M2 (especially if one has some depleted uranium rounds). Best gun in the game. The 50 cal is pretty good, especially with that ammo. Thanks to a mod, you can have a limitles supply of whatever ammo you want. Also you can have any weapon you want.

It's not the size of the weapon that counts, it's how you use it.

Bloody scythes are more awesome.

That is the awesome! I love that place.

The Brotherhood is about perserving, saving humanity, which would omit the abominations and freaks.

I didn't like the idea of the Brotherhood recruiting inferiors like ghouls, deathclaws and stupid (super) mutants.

Cannon fodder is good for being pack mules also. They are good for carrying extra ammo that my character can't carry since they are weighed down already.

I'm pretty sure that I've killed a child with a stray fireball or two. :confused: Or by using the Flamer. Fiery dancing kiddies in the Wasteland.

The more cannon fodder the better.

IIRC, the main issues about FO:T, among hardcore fans, were that: a) it wasn't FO3 b) it disregarded Fallout canon in many aspects (i.e. furry Deathclaws, fossil fuel powered vehicles, BOS portrayed as a bunch of extremists...etc.) despite taking place in the same setting. Save for that, a lot of people thought that FO:T was a fun game in its own right (and genre). I like to consider myself a hardcore fan, a fanatic. I never paid much attention to the Deathclaws biology, sexual mating practices, eating habits or any other thing about them. The concern for me is they could kick ass and were hard to kill.

There is no hope. RIP Fallout.
