I'm not sure there is a bug... Many bonus are available if you to rest to Caed Nua and in compensation, the prostitutes give a "prestige bonus" (sic) to the stronghold. -
With photoshop (or similar software), it's easy to correct this bug, but unfortunately, the game is not "modder friendly".

There is no WC in the Brighthollow, need to go outside.

Near 20 hours of game and no problem for me... Install order (GOG) : POE, Pre-order bonus, TWM1, TWM2 & Deadfire (no IE mod).

Minor bug ? If we "speak" to a backer, we've only the blur effect, but no sound.
