Hello, just chiming in to say that this bug also affects me. The bowl of fruit does not show up as interactable - I have talked with the person outside who tells you it is poisoned. The two other leaders are already dead. It appears to have not been fixed in the recent patch.

I have registered and created an account just to say: keep the dialogue in the game. Many good arguments have been made in this post and on twitter. Keep it and defend your creation, Obsidian.
