Guys, a user contacted me via private messages and ask me to use GPU-Z to check your "Bus Interface" https://imgur.com/kJqBKnm Mine shows PCIe x16 3.0 @x1 3.0 in one slot, when i swapped to my other to showed as x8 putting it in my other slot with the x8 changed my FPS from 30 to 130 in the tavern. For everyone else here could you please post a picture of GPU-Z?

Has there been any word from the devs about this? Nobody on a 1080 should be getting these kinda frames - I really want to play PoE2!

I know some people have suggested this as a possible solution but when your settings are on low Misc is already switched off. I hope we get a fix soon.

I won't be playing this game until the performance on my 1080ti has been fixed, I would rather wait and play the game smoothly that force myself to play it like I'm playing on a smartphone.

My biggest concern is task manager showing 100% GPU usage when game is open but temp is not moving at all. The GPU usually heats up if i'm watching a stream on 420p. For everyone else who is having similar problems is this happening to you too?

Any word on the poor performance on 1080 ti's? I'm not the only one who is having the issue and Cdiaz said he was working on it.

Yes, I did full uninstall and installed latest drivers from about 9 hours ago.

I'm getting absolutely terrible FPS on my PC and I'm not sure what the problem is. This problem doesn't seem to mess with any other games i play. I'm talking 15 FPS on LOW settings on ship deck battles, 30~ FPS in town on low and 25-30 FPS inside small indoor areas. To compare it with DOS2, I get around 125 on Ultra on DOS2. I've talked with the guys on the Nvidia Discord and compared my benchmark settings for my setup with people with similar cards and it's getting the expected results so I'm convinced it's not a hardware issue. Something must be conflicting with the game. I've currently tried the below: - Used DDU to do a full uninstall and reinstall of the latest nvidia drivers. - Checked for Malware, Viruses and any applications that might be crypto mining on my PC - Confirmed all Geforce experience, the Microsoft DVR thing is turned off. - Tried taking the cord out of my 2nd monitor (144 hz BENQ monitor) and running with single monitor, then swapping to only the 2nd monitor at 60 HZ on 1920*1080 and still no change. - Switching between Full screen and windowed mode. - Alt tabbing and opening back up the game. - Turning Gsync on/off, alternating between Vsync on and off also. One thing I'm noticing is the GPU is showing 100% load, however the temp of the GPU does not rise. It's almost as if it's not actually doing anything but showing up as active. It's essentially a soccer player in a game but sitting on the bench.
