  1. Actually, that Revan got his personality erased is the Sith point of view. That's what Malak says. Bastilla never said that they actually reprogrammed Revan's mind (having in account that in the game you can chose LS/DS, then they would have done a really poor job at it). She says that his brain damage after Malak's attack had been severe, and they had done their best to keep Revan alive. So you can chose to believe Malak (the jedi deliberately erased Revan's mind and reprogrammed it, to use her to their benefit) or Bastila (the jedi did what they could to keep Revan alive, so they could find the StarForge, implying that they couldn't do anything to keep her from having his mind destroyed).
  2. Well, i remember in SW: Return of the Jedi that Luke used "choke" against Jabba's Gamorreans guards quite effectively.
  3. Actually, having in account that a lightsaber blade has no weight, it would be a terribly complex weapon to use in combat... you could slash yourself before you know it. You need the force to guide you in its use :D Btw, about the complains of having too many jedis in the party in KotOR2... actually you only train most of them if you want to. If you don't want, you can keep them being whatever they are, with their usual abilities as rogue, soldier or scout and their respective stat growths. But anyway, one of the points of this game was Exile's ability to draw force sensitives to himself.
  4. Well, i did see Bastila, and i specified a female LS Revan. Though, she just appears when the scene ends, and you see the room where Carth and the Exile meet from outside the building, through the glass. Should i assume Bastila says something if you chose a male LS Revan?
  5. man... if kotor had an editor... you could actually remake the movies kotor-like! lol :D
  6. At least in my game (male Exile), when time comes to chose Revan's sex, Atton first says that Revan is a woman. This would hint to her officially being woman. Yet, in KotOR I, plotwise, the love relationship Revan-Bastila is more important than Revan-Carth. This would hint to Revan being a man, officially. [edited for spellnig]
  7. They could also allow to recover savegames and take the portraits/sex/alignment from KotOR I&II, and take it from there.
  8. Same problem here... but one question: do we all use laptops? I have heard somewhere that the problem might reside in the portable computer graphic cards... If so, i wish some patch would solve it...
