What's video ram got to do with anything? So what if the game cant tell how many ram you card has, the game still works yeah? If everyone feels the same way you do, all the diagnostics programs would kill go "kaput" Your card has the ram it has, and if the game does not detect it, it will not degrade the performance in any way.

Well the UK patch adds a little more to the .txt but thats all. We gotta wait a few days for the vids & maybe the music.

The movies (low-quality) is now 806MB - So if you think that every movie has been upgraded to a higher res, you are wrong Else it would be a 1GB+ patch hehe. Nah I think they added just 1 hi-res (very small too) movie. Or changed the res when viewing them.

I got the UK update, same vids to me too. Maybe it's just in my head, but the sound quality is better when dif. toons speak - I can only hear the high quality music when the launcher starts .. Using EAX 3 btw.

The patch readme is not in the docs folder, but in the main k2 folder (Update1_0b.txt)

hmm.. I have no idea sorry :/ You could try placing it in your K2 dir and run the update tool (swupdate.exe). Or place it in the K2/temp folder and run the tool

I'm not 100% sure it's gonna work, but you could extract the files from the zip and overwrite all files in your K2 dir. But I dunno cause I cant see what the zip contains.
