  1. Have we derailed this thing again? http://www.sexylosers.com
  2. I know : ( But frezied Cobra Verde-era Kinski is still the ****.
  3. Nerd Rage!
  4. Fine, the cool people in the first group, Blank and Deadly Nightshade in the other.
  5. There are two reasons for that: 1. Johnny Cash is awesome. 2. Modern Country music is perhaps the most jingoistic, nationalistic, proto-fascist junk I've ever heard. It's just pop music with guitars and southern accents. That being said, the Alt-Country movement is still going strong and my faux-**** is still wet. And if you were to say that I mostly listen to Metal, well, then you'd be a gigantic ignoramus who'd definitely have to expand his musical horizons. I don't have a satanist mentally, I have a hedonist mentality. Better left for a more profound discussion some other night. Maybe you live in Well-Read R Us, Alaska. I'd say that 3% of the world's populace are well read, a rate of 50% among Goths would be perplexing. I meant a literary verbose writing style. You need to read more Nietzsche. It's funny, from what I can grasp, he seemed to have believed that beautiful people are literally better.
  6. Studies have long proved the link between corporate ****-sucking and inane music. **** sucking under other circumstances, on the other hand, has shown to be musically productive.
  7. Right on, dude! Rock on! Tr00 Norwegian Black Metal only! I was planning on taking a shower and watching a Bergman, but I seem to be lacking the necessary willpower.
  8. It's about sucking corporate **** and being all mainstream and **** like that. Note: I'm being facetious and purposely contrarian, let's have some fun, it's a slow Monday.
  9. Blending Hardcore Punk and Heavy Metal was a good idea...20 years ago when Napalm Death did it. Metalcore sucks.
  10. Subhumans - Reality Is Waiting For A Bus
  11. It's a subculture, Mothman, you're both missing the qualities that truly make them band together and adding characteristics typical to the so-called intellectual. Goth crowds are not intellectual breeding grounds, far from it, they're, most of the time, scared little kids with little self-confidence and even lesser maturity, they're afraid, that's what they are, afraid of the big bad world that awaits outside their bedroom window. You're forgetting the desire to shock, the social immaturity, the lack of self-respect. It's just a bad argument overall. Reply to my last post on the other page.
  12. 16 Horsepower - La Robe A Parasol
  13. Fine, let's analyse your argument: It is and it isn't. There are two types of Goths, the old ones and the teenagers, different demographics, different tastes. Most Goths tend to consider themselves "spiritual but not religious", you'll meet very few philosophical nihilists, in the atheist goth camp you're more likely to meet philosophical satanists, as it is a more angsty outlook on life. Goths pose as being non-conformist, there's a difference. Yes. False, Goths as a subculture are hardly well-read, unless you consider memorising Anne Rice books a high interest. True, but it's more of a faux-obsession, a desire to fit in. Repeated vulgar sexual references are hardly a Goth literature characteristic. Except for that, true. It's more to do with the desire to shock the reader. But Goths would more likely use obtusely verbose language. (My work wishes to amuse the reader, there's a difference) Utter nonsense, Goths are as familiar with Nietzsche as I am with a good ****. They might know something about him, I suppose (his name most likely, or that famous quote), but that's where it ends. With how many Goths have you conversed Mothman dearest?

  15. Metal erodes social sentience.
  16. But the world in which we reside is fundamentally bound by the laws and whims of time and space, it's all some sort of gigantic prosthesis, a crotch, our every action under control, under scrutinous observance, we are not allowed to evolve past a certain point, we are controlled, decimated, humiliated, a laboratory, neoteric spiritual architecture, everything we attest to understanding is intrinsically fake and hollow, an entire universe filled with rulers and servants, and we, my friends, we are the onanistic masses, lead into submission, our eyes barred, our hearts cemented, we are nothing, we are everything, everything they allow, there is no hope apart from the hope that washes the shores of the soul, the inner balance that desecrates the foul and releases the beautiful, perverse thoughts are regurgitated by the outer creators, the surgeons of the netherworld. In conclusion, a flatus must be noticed! There is no other way!
  17. Can a Flatus truly be Surreptitious? This is sure to make philosophical history.
  18. Yeah, Fridays are fine.
  19. Vince McMahon to Wrestle God.
  20. Turbonegro - I Got Erection
  21. Server problems?
  22. Are you going to fix tADS?
  23. Explain. I simply listen to good music. At the moment I'm listening to a Hank Williams Sr song. Prove your statements. I'm non-religious and don't pose as being non-conformist, I'm just better than everyone else, it's simple, I don't even much care about the whole concept of conformity. Cynicism =/ goth The last two books I've read were Terry Pratchett's Thief of Time and a collection of Bukowski poems. Obsession with the macabre? Since when? I'm obsessed with the human condition. Themes are often self-deprecative and satirical, always with a sense of humour. Never taking myself seriously, never focusing on my own actual persona. I'm also familiar with Wittgenstein, Sartre, Spinoza, Mencken and others. This just proves I'm well-read. Try again. And just for the sake of it, I don't agree with Nietzsche on many subjects. If anything, I'm a hedonist, from a philosophical point of view, at least. Your statements have hurt me deeply, I'd like you to know that, I'm going to slash my wrists now, Good night. I am bleeding, Mothman, where are you?! Where?!! It's 3 AM, I have no life and I'm dying here!!! I'm still editing this post!!! Shiny blood..!!..!! This is lame, reply you fat bastard! I mean it! I'm definitely not talking to myself. Sure. It's cold in Romania. Think so, eh?
  24. How so? Enlighten me, Mothman.
  25. I don't think anyone's preaching to you Meta, I suppose people are just, well, shocked, it's not the conventional image of the father figure. That being said, your daughter is quite the looker and, even though I do not know her and almost certainly never will, I would like to wish her the best of luck, to pay her father the respect he appears to deserve. And now that the ass liking is complete, it would be fun if one of these internet Goons would go to her and say: "Hello, I'm from the internets, a friend of your fathers! Could you, umm..." Then proceed to run away as fast as possible due to immense cowardice.
