  1. Not to emntion the fact that say in Ny, Kerry won I belive 58% of the vote which mean Bush won about 40%. That means a lot of the so called high IEQ of the NYers voted for Bush. Oh, I know, it's the ones in Ny who had low IQ that voted for Bush. R00fles!
  2. "Goes to show how the Bush administration has brainwashed half is population." Yeah, that's right, as a non Amerikan I get ALL my facts from Bush. R00fles! Seriosuly, that's asanine. I tend to get my news for various sources - the main ones being CNN, CBC, and the BBC. That's one Amerikan, Kanadian, and British news station. I also try to pay attention to what Al Jazeera says as well as look at the net. You should know who you talk to before spamming bull about them. Thank you.
  3. "Wait a minute what say does a cananadian have in any of this?" The right to say my opinion! Contrary to what you anti Bush freaks think, freedom of speech still reigns (mostly!) in our two great countries!! That's exact;ly why youa re ALLOWED to call people stupid and call Bush Evil. Don't pretend you are any different from the Republicans when while they are calling you evil for "killing babies" and "being gay" (btw, I *do* support gay rights and the right to choose); youa re calling them evil for being "Christians". R00fles!
  4. "how old are you? 12?" Ooo.. The 'ol I don't like what youa re saying so you must be a kid insult. R00fles! And, oh btw, I am 1 years old. Next troll, please. "I've got a strong suspicion that Saddam didn't have WMD, but he thought he had them." In a twisted sort of a way, that would be humourous.
  5. "Maybe you should leave. It's our country too." Why should he? He isn't the one whining about the "idiots" who voted for Bush nor does he want the US to bow to the world. The world can go to hell for all I care. The world has committed more sins than the US can ever hope to.
  6. LOL No. I've read the articles. I've also read articles that say different. But, keep spinning your false beliefs.
  7. "exactely what ties did iraq have with al qaida?" Quite a bit actually. Hussein housed avrious AQ group members. The two groups - namely Hussein, and OBL - passed back and forth various letters disucssing certain issues. That's just the tip of the iceberg. "iraq did have wmd" Game over. I win. " "and iraq did have wmd, back in 1990. they didn't have them in 2003..." And, so, the question remains... where did they magically go in between those 13 years? Hmmm... Iraq said theyw ere destroyed yet didn't show evidence to most of the so called destroyed WMD. Their records of it are full of half truths and make believes to take it seriously. I'd rather not chance someone like Hussein. Bottom line is that Iraq WMD, used WMD, and then *said* they destroyed them. R00fles!
  8. I sure hope so. Iraq had WMDs, and they did have ties to AQ. Next.
  9. "the 19th century British were pretty successful." Did they? In the end they weren't. I'll say it ebfore; I'll say it again; while the US has done a lot of "naughty" things over the years; as far as Super Powers go; they are most definitely one of the most benign (relatively spekaing, of course).
  10. Well.. I'll give them that it's a lot more reasonable repsonses than others have had.. <>
  11. Not clever; just factual.
  12. "Slavery was only abolished by things getting really bloody. Millions of Americans died in that conflict and Slavery wasn't the main cause of it, it was the issue of State Rights. I don't see the US governemnt and the people allow themselves to get that bloody again. They rather be in front of the television and be entertained than change anything. One person cannot make a difference so why bother." The way you talk about Bush suggests that one person CAN make a difference. Next.
  13. "Change will never happen and moving is not an option, so I will just vent uselessly." Ok. But, I disagree with the no change aprt. Things will change; they always do. Afterall, it was not that long ago when the Demos were the #1 party. And, I disticntly remember a time where slavery was legal but it isn't now. WOWSERS!
  14. "I will not accept our leadership, nor will I support it." Then you have 2 chocies. a) Do something within the system to change their point of view. or b) Move toa country that sees things the way you do.
  15. Hahaha. Peopel call Amerikans stupid for voting Bush. Yet the world supposedly likes Hussein more than Bush. I think it is obvious which is stupid. It's also hilarious that Iraq - you know the country that the US supposedly destroy - like Bush more than Saddam and were actually split between Kerry and Bush winning. That says a lot. Quite frankly, the world is full of arrogant punks, and yes, the US is amongst the group. the only difference they cana ctually back up their arrogance and the world is plain and simply jealous.
  16. "I think that it would probably be the best intrest of everyone that all those who wish to follow Bush, and those who want a better government leave each other and form 2 separate nations. Hardcore Christians and the Religious Right can have their country and reasonable people can have theirs." You don't believe in democracy. Democracy is about accepting that you don't always get what you want. You also are an elitist type person (like me) who thinks anyone who disagrees with him is beneath them. The Ring Story was hilarious yet sad at the same time. The Mirror is pathetic, and also don't believe in democracy. Lots of intelligent people voted for Bush. lots of dumb people voted for Bush. The same is true for Kerry. Next.
  17. "As PRESIDENT he should be neutral and not be biased." Wrong. The President SHOULD be biased. Afterall, being neutral is boring and accomplishes nothing.
  18. "And we are, in case you hadn't noticed, in trouble." No, you aren't.
  19. "Still, handedly is a pretty strong term. Those numbers are real close, 51% to 48% is about as close as you can get, disregarding last election which was basically even." true, on the surface they seem close. But, US recent history in regards to presidential elections; they really arent' that close. A 3-4 million spread is a pretty big difference in order to overcome espicially since Bush basically had the same lead throughout the day. There was no threat by kerry to overtake the PV like there was with the EC. "Oh btw, Ohio uses punch cards and electronic balloting. Not only are the states inconsistent in how you vote, it is also inconsistent within one
  20. "They don't because they know they wouldn't get away with it, but if they are given the chance they will." No evidence here at all. "Add the closeness of the popular vote with the closeness of the EC votes and again I'm confused why people outside the US thought this was a blowout." I would mainly say it's because the so called 'experts" in the US would say it was ahandily won popular vote for Bush. No one said it was a blow out. Don't put words in our posts. We said he won the PV in a no doubter. That's different than a blow out. A blow out would be like 60-40 percentage wise or greater. Tsk, tsk.
  21. "Clinton won 370-168 over Bush Sr. and 379-159 over Dole. Heck Bush Sr
  22. Vincent, the Taliban were more than just about using Religion to rule. Much more. Perhaps, you should do some research on them.
  23. "If bush gets his way he will turn this into a american taliban." Hahahahaha! You know nothing about the Taliban.
  24. "Well, there is nothing that the average middle to lower class citizen" Funny that that's whrre Bush got a lot of his vote..
  25. "The US may deserve Bush, but the rest of the world does not." Yes, they do. Afterall, their anti Amerika stance, probably helped get him re-elected by as large a margin as he did.
