Depends no how much you invest in it. Making profit on a game is not enough. The stock-market is rough, and the return on a game needs to be pretty big if you want to live. Fallout was in a way a failed project because the investment was pretty big. However, it can't be considered a real failure because of the fanbase it built up, which was used to coin in on the built-on-original-engine-hence-cheaper game we all know and love; Fallout 2 And take Fallout:PoS, this only took some underskilled halfwits to work on (like Chucky), since it was basically a modification of an existing engine Interplay did make a return on the Fallouts and PS:T, but a big enough return to please the shareholders? I don't think so.

Wasteland? nothing yet. But Bard's Tale being anally raped into some kind of FPS-esque form. I've been waiting for this to happen for some time. BG:DA2 is an obvious succes, and I hear FO:BOS hasn't been doing terribly, though not great either, too (but I'm a bit unclear on this, anybody got any clear idea?) Obviously, Interplay's riding a high wave now, but Caen is about to get butt-f***ed like a monkey in the next stockholder's meeting (ewwww ). And now with the stocks rising..would seem to me this is the ideal time for Caenie to flee the scene of the crime. Heck, he could even sell some licenses for an added bonus :D They said as much, so no they will not Fallout license is not being sold right now, and even if it was Feargus has stated earlier that without added support, they are unable to make such a big purchase right now. Assuming project X will be a SLAM DUNK (which it is looking to be), they might look at it again afterwards. I hope they do, at least. Wow, spotted this late Lemme just say this on Ginger Snaps: It is not a good horror flick, granted. It is a good movie, tho'. Some would say great. I wouldn't, but some would. It's overly well-done, well-acted and...well...funny, sadly. Remember An American Werewolf in London? Great movie. A true classic. Is it scary, tho'? Not really. It has its moments...but then again... Beyond Re-Animator, another example. Is it as scary as the two first? No, obviously not, but it is one entertaining piece of art, still a good movie A very different example: Apocalypse Now. Great movie. Terrible war movie. That said, I suggest you see Ginger Snaps 2. I snagged it from a friend of mine who got it on a promo-disc (it's not in theatres yet far as I know), and it's very different from the first. Doomy as hell. Also, I'd like to note European horror movies have often had the tendancy to be better than American horror movies, simply because European cinema always has that extra push over the edge. Amando de Ossorio is a good example of this. Or even Dario Argento Blablablayadayadayada
