True, but this is Star Wars...i doubt they'll enable you to kill innocents in this game, but there were tons of other freedoms you had in Fallout series that made it such a great game. KOTOR 2 could always use some of those

Being 20, i wouldn't mind a "M" rating...but i do agree that the starwars universe wouldn't fit in with gore and sex....but (like in the jedi knight series) for example cutting off a leg and showing a glow at the arm stump (lightsaber burns so it wont bleed) i would not mind... Also more romances wouldn't hurt either....i want to be able to choose what NPC i feel most attracted to, and perhaps it can lead towards some side quest where your "love" is captured and you nearly slip to the Dark Side trying desperately to rescue him/her
