  1. Here is why Andrew Yang will never win the Democratic nomination: Too much IQ. He really needs to dumb it down for Americans.
  2. Ultima, specifically, Ultima IV to VII, which were the pinnacles of the series. The Quest for Glory series.
  3. Sorry, Xbox One, not Xbox 360. Just goes to show ya how much I don't care for Xbox... couldn't even remember the latest Xbox is One, not 360.
  4. The #1 trending video on YouTube at the time this is posted. So, does Xbox really suck? I dunno... I am primarily a PC gamer. I finally bought my very first Playstation last year - a PS4, because I really wanted to play Horizon: Zero Dawn, the Uncharted series, The Last of Us, Spider-man, God of War. All those titles were - and still are - Playstation exclusives that are NOT available on the PC, so I can't play any of them on the PC. As for Xbox One... I don't see any reason to own one when I can just play almost all of its best titles on the PC. What's the point of even buying an Xbox One? So, I can't speak for sure or from personal experience if Xbox One really sucks. But, who knows, maybe Obsidian will finally make a really good true exclusive for the next Xbox, a real exclusive that is not available on the PC so I will finally have a reason to consider buying an Xbox, something huge like Mass Effect was for Xbox 360 (although Xbox lost the Mass Effect exclusivity) and Horizon: Zero Dawn is for PS4. Otherwise... don't bother (with any Xbox.) It's like, Microsoft has completely given up and is not even trying anymore.
  5. China sold those drones to the Yemeni Houthis - China has been strategically flooding the Middle East with cheap, advanced drones, but the US just wanna blames Iran because the US really, really wants a war with Iran, which suits China just fine. Here: https://www.pri.org/stories/2019-06-03/cheap-drones-are-changing-calculus-war-yemen https://www.apnews.com/1da29d68e3cc47b58631768c1dcfa445 https://www.forbes.com/sites/dominicdudley/2018/12/17/china-fueling-drones-arms-race-middle-east/ https://fpif.org/china-is-flooding-the-middle-east-with-cheap-drones/ https://www.alaraby.co.uk/english/indepth/2019/7/4/China-is-heavily-contributing-to-Middle-East-drone-proliferation As a retaliation for: The US keep selling weapons to Taiwan Detaining the Huawei CFO because she violated the US sanctions on Iran - i.e., unilateral sanctions that were not recognized by China and that even the EU court had ruled were illegal. Recruiting Uyghur from Xinjiang to fight in Syria since 2009, training them to be jihadists and then secretly sending them back into China to commit a series of escalating terrorist attacks between 2009 and 2016, and trying to build Islamic terrorist cells and networks in the mainland to destabilize China, (which ultimately led to the current mass crackdown in Xinjiang since 2016 as China decided to use a sledgehammer to put a stop to the CIA's plan;) Planting and fueling the protests and riots in Hong Kong, (which was the last straw; actually, the US and the CIA might not be directly involved in Hong Kong - it's the NED, which is "loosely" connected to the US and actually does not directly report to the US, but China still blames the US nevertheless.) Etc., etc. My conjecture: China's strategy is not to get directly involved in the Middle East, but to indirectly support rebels and insurgents against the US, while making money at the same time. Basically, to use the exact same tactics the US had used to defeat the Soviet Union in Afghanistan. The US will have to commit more and more money and resources in the Middle East, which will ultimately bankrupt the US. That's the gist of it. Which is not a bad plan.
  6. I call them villainaires = villain + billionaires. Usage: When David Koch died, I saw dozens of YouTube videos celebrating the villainaire's death.
  7. What will American people do with the $1,000? The poor will not have a choice. They will use the $1,000 to to buy food, gas, etc., to pay rents, to pay for necessities. Whatever remains of the middle class will use the $1,000 to pay off debts that are piling up every month, most likely home mortgages. The upper class will invest the $1,000 - and use it to make even more money. The UBI will only worsen wealth inequality. Andrew Yang is really a libertarian. Progressives should not fall for his scam.
  8. Don't you think it's kinda weird that the Chinese state media suddenly mentioned Hillary Clinton with Hong Kong?? Like, what did China know that we didn't??
  9. Basically, I've been seeing a lot of Chinese articles and videos all of a sudden blaming Hillary (and Pelosi) for Hong Kong popping up this week. I was like, wait, why are they even talking about Hillary??? Then it just suddenly hit me. The warrant of Meng originated from the NY state prosecutor office, which was a Hillary supporter. The NED - which is a NGO that has ties to the CIA but then is not directly under the control of the US government - has been behind Hong Kong protests/riots, and the current power behind the NED is neoliberals, i.e., the Hillary wing of the Democratic Party. Here is one of the videos (this one is actually connected to the Chinese state media): The irony is, a few months ago I thought Trump really needed to stop blaming and talking about Hillary because I thought, "seriously, Hillary lost the election three years ago, move on already!".... turned out he knew something that I did not.
  10. I have been reading and thinking about current tension between China and the US – particularly about the detainment of Huawei CFO Meng Wanzhou in Canada, and the current situation in Hong Kong. I think I might have connected the dots and figured out that Hillary Clinton and the Democratic Party are behind both incidents/situations. My conjecture is Hillary is still angry and bitter about losing the 2016 presidential election to Donald Trump. So, the petty bitch has been using Meng and Hong Kong to sabotage Trump’s trade negotiation with China. Hillary basically wants to sink the US economy and create a severe recession to undermine Trump’s reelection chance. First, Hillary’s political allies in New York arranged Meng Wanzhou’s detainment in Canada, which completely blindsided Trump during his initial round of trade negotiation with China. Obviously China thought it was Trump who ordered Meng’s detainment. At the same time, Trump had too much of an ego to show any weakness, so he could not admit Hillary had played him and undermined his trade negotiation with China. Then, Hillary and Nancy Pelosi used the National Endowment for Democracy to stir up troubles in Hong Kong, so that China would blame America – and therefore Trump – for the troubles in Hong Kong. That would make China even more unwilling to negotiate with Trump. That petty woman is just devious and evil. However, based on what I’ve been reading, China has been slowly put together all the pieces and figured out that Hillary, Pelosi and the Democratic Party have beeen behind all the ploys - based on the information that has been coming out of China in the past couple days, which suddenly blamed Hillary and Pelosi for Hong Kong. Took me awhile for make the connections: that the warrant for Meng came out of the NY prosecutor office, and that the NED is currently more closely tied to the Hillary's wing of the Democratic Party than anything else. This could backfire on the entire Democratic Party. China will likely make a deal with Trump at the right timing to ease/shorten the coming recession, just to punish the Democratic Party, Hillary Clinton and Nancy Pelosi, and to help Trump get re-elected. So, the irony is: Hillary will probably get Trump elected TWICE, all because she is such a petty woman. Hillary’s brilliant plan is gonna backfire again. Just to be clear: I am not a Trump supporter. I actually lean Democrats, but this is gonna be bad.
  11. So, this week a new movie came out. I have never even heard of "Hustlers" or seen a trailer before, and the studio did not even release a trailer until a month ago. Then, I saw it got 90% at Rotten Tomatoes with 100+ critic reviews. Since I have a movie club membership and can see movies for free, I went into a theater to see Hustlers, not knowing what to expect. It turned out to be unexpectedly and surprisingly good.
  12. “脸皮已经撕破了。不需要跟美国客气了。” It is known.
  13. Oh no, not Yeonmi Park as well, but she looked so innocent and purty and believeable!
  14. The reason why I mentioned TikTok challenges is because... well, in 2017 TikTok was going to bring these challenges to America, the challenges and rewards would be separate and specific in the US. However, the plan has since been suspended due to the tension and trade war between China and the U.S. The TikTok challenges became a casualty of the US-China trade war.
  15. Clip collection from various dance challenges:
  16. Here is a very interesting casualty of the US-China trade war. If you have not heard of the TikTok challenges in China: For these challenges: The challengers do NOT have to be Chinese, BUT they had to be in China, and obviously they have to be TikTok users. The rewards for some of the challenges are really nice, like credits for shopping and/or restaurants in China, paid vacations to the US or Europe, etc. Anyone in China can join the challenge, but I have never seen seen any White people in China (expats/tourists/whatever) participate in this or any other TikTok challenge, even though they could have - and IMO White girls would have a good chance of winning one of the dance challenges if they had just submitted. An important rule for this particular TikTok challenge was the dance had to be performed by a group of at least four people, so solo dancers or a dance group of less than four were not eligible, (so they did not even bother reading the rules.) For this particular challenge, a group of four Chinese girls in Hunan won the user poll, but their clip is not included in this video. IMO users voted for them to be the winner not because they could dance, but because they were the prettiest. So guys did not even stand a chance. Actually, I do not remember ever seeing any guys ever winning a TikTok challenge, (unless it was a couple or mixed-gender challenge.) Even male users overwhelmingly voted for girls to win in every challenge. Then again, I have been checking out these TikTok challenge videos to check out the girls. Here, another challenge - the "Every Color" challenge - this is the currently on-going or the last challenge:
