  2. That’s dope. Yeah, I haven’t noticed anyone else bring it up so I’m not too sure if it’s just me. I’m sure it most likely will. Just throws off my wall of collected weapons.
  3. I would love for the omni-tool to just be a tool in your inventory. I understand wanting to free up inventory slots for the hotbar/inventory, but we could be much more intentional with our actions if we could hold the tool like in Grounded 1. I love the concept of the multi-tool and the devs being able to focus on making more weapons is amazing. Just the execution feels off whenever you try to pick up a pebble and randomly chop at a blade of grass.
  4. There are floating water droplets that you can’t collect, and the grass sometimes glitches and behaves erratically for no apparent reason. When I click on the roasting spit, there’s about a 7-second delay. There’s also a glitch in the floor near the headless BURG.L and the Outpost Ceremony. While fighting, some bugs get stuck in rocks and can’t escape. It would be great to add a Black Mantis that drops a recipe for dual-wielding swords, with a design similar to the Spicy Coaltana/Kultana (however you spell it), and matching assassin amor the color black, it would look so cool. Also, adding a Goliath birdeater spider would be really cool as a boss fight. Lastly, it would be awesome if we could obtain the Masked Strangers’ armor.
  5. Oh I'm gonna go trying that my dude! If it worked for him, it might work for me, my save is staring the stupid roach in the face! lol and i DID set save point at the bed there so, die, respawn at save point bed and try again and hopefully sizzle effect will work as intended!?! Here goes nothing!
  6. Adding to Raven Scar: In grounded 1 they also changed some areas. I still remember the complains of some people when they found their base under water after the update because they change that specific area in a patch. So will it be necessary? Probably, a lot can change in a year or two during EA.
  7. Additional ideas for non bug enemy types: mice or rats lizards newts frogs birds like robins, Pigeons & Sparrows moles Squirrels more bug suggestions: blue bottles daddy long legs/mayflies wood worms maggots
  8. I concur. The omni tool is a real QOL change.
  9. The normal mode shouldn't be made easier. With acorn armor and either the second spear you can craft or the sword you can kill anything up to ORC orbweaver or the adult northern scorpion. Obviously, you cannot meat shield them. Either parry or dodge (or have the heavy shield for block). Req.: Have at least level 2 on weapons. Having levels on armor makes you less quishy. I haven't fought caterpillar, bombardier or stinkbug yet.

  11. I believe that Axl’s arena has already been implemented into the game, just no Axl yet. There are numerous leaks of people exploring his rumored arena. You can only get into with fly mode or whatever.

  14. Lost all the unique weapons in my world due to a game crash
  15. So I have a problem with the buggies, Me and my friends have 6 buggies split between us why? Because our buggies keep cycling between the owners, let’s say the buggies are named, Billy Bob and Joe, I hatched Joe and my other friends hatched Billy and Bob, but then later my friend now has Billy and Joe? And I have none… it’s really annoying, so I go back and get another egg hatch it let’s say his name is Angelo, so I have Angelo for a few days, and then Angelo goes to one of my friends but I take Billy.. IT DOESENT MAKE SENSEEEE..I don’t wanna keep going into that hatchery to find eggs, whenever i can just have my og buggy back. After typing this i realized that u can unassign buggies in the nest, but i still don’t understand the meaning of them cycling. More issues I’ve seen is that after raids from the stranger, and the orc insects broke our chests the bag for the stuff in the chest doesent appear, it may have gone through tho floor, this also happens when dropping stuff for friends, etc. Sorry if this doesn’t make sense lol. another problem I’ve seen, is that in the ascent to the very top of the picnic, an invisible wall blocks you from reaching the top without using your buggy, whether that wasn’t supposed to be the way, or a mistake I’m not entirely sure, but I’ll put a picture to show you what I’m referring to.
  16. This happen twice to me and my kids so far. The first time my sons Ant just disappeared when we loaded our last save. We had to roll back to a previous auto save to get it back. The second time was my ant with similar issues but with mine doing other saves didn't fix the issue. My ant is just gone. We have the best and he isn't there nor can I whistle for him. I even ran far from our base to see if that would trigger him to respawn but nothing happened. For some context, when we logged we had our ants with us and I used the stay command on mine before we logged
  17. Anyone else having issues with this story? I accidently hacked the transmitters before updating Sloan. Now when I go to them it wont let me do anything. Very frustrated.
  18. if the first game is any indication, it'll be expansion updates that may require a reset, i remember when they added the pond in it didn't need a fresh start, same with the trash bags, yet bigger areas, ie. The sandbox, upper yard, picnic table did need a fresh start as they altered the game world. So if we go by that my guess is AXL's arena probably won't need a fresh start. But considering, unlike the first game, you can't explore out of bounds areas, its probable that was done to avoid constant fresh starts
  19. i would suggest, if you haven't already, focus on Smithing, upgrade your armour and weapons, it could help keep you alive
  20. I’m facing the same problem since day 1 and it’s frustrating because I want to progress through the story but not create a new save because I’ve already spent a lot of time creating my base
  21. i haven't noticed this as I've only recently started expanding my house, currently 4 floors with the newest 4th floor being the armoury and turret bay, but this seems like something that may get tweaked in the future
  22. hopefully the devs see this post and respond accordingly, i personally am not bothered by the bugs but i do tingle and get the shivers whenever i fight a Wolf spider or a mantis. As for the roaches, they tend to jumpscare me because I focus on current task and then they walk in front of me
  23. For the onboarding objective, it says I must go to the trees and kill the ORC bees defending their berries. The problem is, there are no bees? They were there for one second, and they despawned. The bike tube is frozen there and I cannot progress. I don’t want to start a new game because I have so much loot and a nice home. Let me know if anyone can figure out why they won’t spawn back:)
  24. I get that but sometimes its pointless, like with clay, in the little puddle under the snackbar, there's 3 lumps of clay, digging one then collecting the chunks only for the buggy to get in the way causing you to mount is annoying when you still have 2 more lumps to dig
  25. While I'm unsure if something like this has been suggested yet. With the advent of taming bugs, it would be nice to either have a specific building to assign tamed creatures to or have idle buggies occasionally harvest resources on their own. Maybe have certain tamed bugs only grab certain types of resources. I believe it would help balance out solo play with co-op ability to farm resources.
  26. I built my base in the South-East of the Ranger Station in the Starting Area. If I leave the Area for longer e.g. to finish the quest at the trash can or at the picnic table the grass is regrowing all over my base. Not sure if it only happens if I leave the area, but everytime I do this this happens.
