Bugs about Kalei(?) and Luca after completing "Coming to terms"

After I completed the quest "Coming to terms", I was able to ask Luca to work on my ship. However, it is possible for me to repeat asking him to join even he is already working on  the ship.

 

Besides, there was a woman called Kalei, who asked me came closer to talk when I left the company building. After i clicking on her, she just said" Be seeing you" then walked away. I am wondering it is a bug or not.

The Kalei bug seems to occur if you don't speak with her immediately after giving Tawena the good news and instead reenter the Company building first.

I can confirm the bug as well. If you leave the building after recruiting him once, he will be gone the next time you enter, so the issue seems to be with the cutscene not firering.

Yup its a bug, came here to report but a serch turned up this post

 

! I now have 4 lucas. He ended with saying he would gather his stuff and come along, but he just stands there, and after end dialogue, you can repeat the process more then likely recruting him infinite times.

You can also talk to him on ship with same effect.

Buy all the ships, put Luca in all of the sailor slots and call the ship itself 'Luca', see how many of him show up when boarding an enemy ship?

I just completed that quest by forging the contract by giving the Huana their lands back. Luca was annoyed and said he thinks he will lose his job. How do i get him as a shipmate? Do i just need to wait awhile?
