[Skill] Arterial Strike broken?

Looks like Arterial Strike does not deal pure damage at all

Is it broke? Can anyone confirm this?

Hi PIRI,

 

I don’t know if it’s normal but the raw damages calculation is : 2 Base, + xx% rogue power level, + xx% Might, + xx% weapon quality, +40% sneak attack (backstab not)

 

Right now, it’s a very powerful DOT :  4 damages / 0.3 sec / 15 sec = 195 raw damages.

 

If Hobble disappears before the end of DOT, raw damages are no longer considered as sneak attack (cf screen 2)
