It feels like I'm stuck in a little tunnel. Very uncomfortable to play like that. Just to be clear, the map moves when my characters move to the edge, but I can't scroll to the left or right independently of them. EDIT: I see that the screen moves if I double click instead of single clicking. Odd design choice... EDIT2: Nevermind, changing the resolution seems to have fixed this...
