The Rain of Godagh Field not applying enhancement accuracy bonus

The bonus accuracy enhancement in the warbow isnt applying for some reason.

 

i have more accuracy using the an expectional blunderbuss than a warbow with a superb enhancement...

That's an UI glitch that happens sometimes. The accuracy bonus of the weapon's quality enchantment (fine/exept./superb/legendary) sometimes isn't shown on the character sheet.

You can check the combat log after an attack roll and you'll see that the accuracy value of the attack is calculated correctly.
