Right now I think they are most comparable to the sort, and long swords. Staffs rock. A saber launcher isn't such a bad idea, though it'd be a waste of crystals. and one might as well just fire laser beams. laser stars could be interesting, but it would be far more expendable, a small disc that forms a star shaped blade around it. Like the Final Fantasy sword (not too certian which FF it is...maybe 7), but what would be the coolest is a saber like the Tetsusaiga from the Inuyasha series. sniggy Posted May 18, 2004 Share Posted May 18, 2004 theres a reference to force lances in one of the tales of the jedi books. seems a long, archaic thing with a cord attached to a power pack on the back of the wielder. the hilt is a little longer than a meter, the blade extends a couple of meters away. used during a siege or mass combat (just don't get close) It's very hard to be polite if you're a cat. My favorite would have to be a traditional single bladed green lightsaber.
