Will there be a feature to enhance hats\helms? In PoE it always was a shame when you found a fancy hat, but it doesn't have attributes.

And/or capes.

Lots of cool looking helms and hoods didn't have any atribute in PoE, a shame.

    More of a shame were the terrible looking helms with good stats in my opinion.
