I gave cards to other characters but got no credit for it. What am I missing.

Same here. Do I have to finish current scenario for it to count?

I just gave 15 cards to a character, and nothing is happening for the challenge?

The challenge is bugged and the crew wont be in office to fix it.

However we are granting everyone the holiday armor and some extra gold by way of apology. Sorry guys!

Was it intentional to give people multiple instances of the armor? Because I now have 3 of them, while I kind of expected it to be unique, like the other "P"romo items, so I'm not sure that's what was supposed to happen.

I only received the one.  Oddly enough, they aren't salvage prohibited, so if you want to cut down the number, you can sell of the excess for 5 gold.  

 

That will probably change at the next patch, so you've got a little bit of time to decide how many you want to keep in your vault.
