Potion of Ruggedness failed Mountain Peak's check

On Mountain Peak with Merisiel, use Potion of Ruggedness on start of turn check. Confirm, and then it tells me "bury a card". I can find no other reason why that should have occurred than that the potion failed to grant the check success.

Party of, in turn order, Merisiel, Kyra (also on mountain peak), and Ezren (just moved from Mountain Peak to City Gate, after giving Merisiel the potion)

Yup, it's been reported before (as far back as May 2016). I guess that it's a very low priority fix for them as (I suspect) so few people use potions, or at least for this particular purpose.
