I had 2 "Specials" available to purchase. The Bundle and Buried Treasure. I switched to the App Store to redeem a gift card, switched back. Went to buy them both. After buying the Bundle it made the Buried Treasure disappear.

I keep hearing of people seeing a buried treasure option (perhaps 20,000 gold for $5). Has anyone actually gotten it to work? I would go for that one, but have never seen it on my game.

This is what you should be able to see... [From an iPhone; iOS 10, PF 1.1.4, USA].  I'd give it try, but I seriously have more gold/treasure chests than I know what to do with right now.

 

Edit: Forgot to mention I'm in the US, in the event that the reason some people can't see it is a regional thing (which I strongly suspect isn't the case).  Probably some other sort of sync issue...

I'm in St. Louis, in case region matters. That is almost exactly what I saw originally. After buying the bundle, it turned black like in that picture, but the other option disappeared.

EU - do not, and have never seen it.

Thanks for the screenshot. Still don't have it on either my  ipad or my iphone. Bummer, would have bought it (although it is so rare to get anything I don't already have with almost all Legendary items left)

Definitely odd.  For what it's worth, I didn't think PlayFab cared about geolocation/regions until you start needing custom servers (regional PVP, multiplayer, whatever...).  Everyone should be getting the same special offers off the server regardless of where they are.

 

Whether or not the app is having a brainfart trying to display it, well, that's probably something separate.

According to this post: http://forums.obsidian.net/topic/89617-not-receiving-full-reward-from-store-purchase/?p=1850017 the buried bundle only appears if you haven't bought anything in 10 days.
