August 3, 20169 yr So, was surprised there isn't any updated discussion about it. Now that WM2 is around too, I'm wondering what impact does your choice make in the end of WM1 has. Also, curious to hear what you people chose and why ✔ Certified Bat Food
August 3, 20169 yr There is crazy thing on WM2 if you release dwarven souls I was watching it with my mind blown. That was fantastic! In my second playthrough I bound souls with cannons but I didn't see any impact.
August 6, 20169 yr From what i understood, binding them to cannons have a huge impact on endings. Correct me if i'm wrong.
August 22, 20169 yr I binded them to cannons with an assumption that this place would need protection from the greedy, the power-hungry and the crazy. I didn't see any impact of my decision, though. Perhaps it improves the cannons barrage ability you receive at the end of the expansion, but I never used it so I don't know. August 23, 20169 yr SPOILER: Dwarven souls save you if you choose to destroy crystal by yourself. Diving helmet or good statistics (like high consitution) have always priority and can't let you see this.

So the consequences of one of the rare 'good' choices my bleak walker did got suppressed by a Diving helmet? Strange design desicion.

August 25, 20169 yr Supposedly they don't spend the next couple decades at war if you use the cannons.
