Do you mean the Character Addon Deck that currently costs gold, or the class decks?

Assuming Class Decks, many of the cards in the class decks (which aren't already part of the RotR box) are available as treasures.  As for the Class Decks and the characters themselves, there are plans, but there's nothing more specific than that.

da_mayor is absolutely correct!

As long as they can be bought and not dropped from chests. I'd hate to see extra characters be at the mercy of the RNG.
