After failed check on Warchanter, Blocked card returns to wrong hand.

Question

I was playing quest mode with 4 players

Ezren was at location A

Lini was at location B

In Lini's exploration she came across a goblin Warchanter.  Lini attempts to use her crossbow and is then prompted to roll wisdom which with her animal ability she passes with ease.  Lini then adds orb of firestorm and the game adds the 2d4.  Then Ezren, from Location A Tries using Incendiary Cloud which has the attack trait so the game makes Ezren roll wisdom.  He fails the check, then Incendiary Cloud gets returned to Lini's hand.

Just had something similar happen to me.  i think it may not be the blocked card, but maybe the card on the far right.  On Lini's turn, Lem was attempting to use a heavy crossbow and failed.  Back to Lini, and Lem's Blessing of Erastil (originally far right of Lem's card list) is now in her hand

I'd reported it before too.seems like hag, mountain hag and the ilk that includes war enchanter will easily reproduce this bug if you attempt to aid someone who encounter them with a spell that induce the check. Good spot by nsr as I recalled my case was a force staff on the far right too but may not necessarily mean confirm its always the far right card that gets swapped.

I'd like to ask people that experience this issue: do you try to play your support before or after the active character has attempted Wisdom check? If before - does failing or succeeding the check makes you skip the active character's Wisdom check?

Also, if anyone's interested in trying to reproduce it - can you attempt to play your support WHILE the active character is attempting Wisdom check.

I'm asking in relation to this issue:

You can use the 'Mark Solved' button beneath a post that answers your topic or confirms it's not a bug.

The time that devs don't have to spend on the forum is a time they can spend on fixing the game.
