I just finished updating to patch 1.03 and got enough gold to buy the 40+8 pack of chests.

It says you were guaranteed at least a rare in each pack.  I got one pack that had all commons:

No legendaries out of that batch... .... gotta save up again for more!

I thought when a card is assigned its Rarity, the code automatically assigns the correct border frame. It's possible however, that if the border is set manually by a programmer - they set the Icy Hammer as Rare, but failed to assign it the proper border.

I bought the 10+1 pack.

Happened again - another treasure chest with all commons.

Edit:

Interesting that Chameleon and the Robe of Energy Resistance are both in the same spot.  Also, Deck 3 and Deck B in the same spot in the bottom as well.

 

Also, 2 legendaries out of the 11 chests this time!  Makes up for the zero I got out of the 48 I bought before! Yay!

Was skimming through the powers on the cards and failed to take note of a few chests but I had at least a all uncommon 2 legendary (total: 2/5/6/31) 10+1 as well.

I had a all commons pack this morning in a 40+8 opening.

Of the 3 packs with lists I've seen (the 2 with linked pictures and mine), Chameleon is always present.

Is Chameleon eating up the "rare" slot on accident (or is it missing a frame?)

I didn't realize this was a thing. I had at least 4 all Commons in my recent 40+8 purchase. It also skipped from 19 to 15 while logging me out in between

I dunno if I ever had a chest with all commons, but out of the 63 chests I've opened, I've gotten 82 non-uncommons, so net gain.
