May 12, 20169 yr Occasionally when I hover over items or spells and the tooltip pops up, the tooltip vibrates very rapidly for the duration of the tooltip being up.
May 13, 20169 yr Hey friend I made an account since this issue was bothering me much more than it rightfully should have. What fixed this particular issue for me was messing with the font scale option in the graphics a little bit. I adjusted from 100 to 110%; I would give that a shot and see if that fixes your problem.
