Blave Posted May 6, 2016 Posted May 6, 2016 Are there any plans (and if yes, an ETA) on locaization? More specifically, into German? My girlfriend would love to try the game but her English is not good enough to understand the cards.
Hannibal_PJV Posted May 6, 2016 Posted May 6, 2016 (edited) The team is small, so I doupt, but if team opens us posibility to translate cards to different languages, then it could be easy task. What is needed is a data sheet where there is original English text in one line and all different languages in their own collumns. But even then it would not be a Cake walk. I don't know if this game was planned easily localised like some open source projects. If it not... Then it will tedious work. If it is, then community support can make this easy to be localised to any language. Edited May 7, 2016 by Hannibal_PJV
Nathan Davis Posted May 6, 2016 Posted May 6, 2016 We've deliberately built the game to support localization (as we do with all Obsidian games). We don't have any specific localizations lined up, but this may become more important when we prepare for a PC release. 1
warg Posted August 12, 2016 Posted August 12, 2016 Hello All, we consider to start to translate the game + add-ons into Hungarian, and we'd need the list of special words, places, NPCs, special objects, etc. which have to be always the same? We translated some games already and it is always better to have this list in the beginning and start the translation with that. Does someone know if such a list exists? How could we get our paws on it? Thanks! _____________________________________________ Hungarian localization in progress
