[3.02] Concelhaut's Skull randomly refuses to follow you

I'm not sure if this isn't related to going into/out of combat, but Concelhaut's skull (pet) sometimes seems to stop in place, instead of follow you. I have to reequip the pet item to reset the skull. I'm not sure how his special ability should be used either. I don't see it in my "quick items" list.

It houses the character of an eons-old super-evil archwizard who you slew; not following you around is mild compared to what he'd like to do to you!

I've seen that behavior as well. I planned to post a bug report myself but since Gairnulf already did I will just attach a screenshot.

In fact, it does the same for me. But sooner or later it's always back, so i hardly notice.
