Can't select purchased characters

I wasn't in beta or anything, so I'm completely new to this digital version of the game.  I purchased the $24.99 bundle to get access to all the characters.  I just completed the prologue with Ameiko and Orik, and now I'm able to make a party of up to 6.  But only Merisiel and Kyra are selectable.  Am I still in a "tutorial" phase, or should I have access to all the characters I purchased now?

I'm having the same issue. The bundle shows as purchased but all of the characters and adventure packs show as purchaseable for -1 gold. I can't select any characters aside from the two default. Also, it looks like the 108 gold I earned in the tutorial has disappeared. I'm on iOS.
